Love the changes under new ownership. I get a welcome when I come in. I feel comfortable working out there. Nice set up.

Have been a Member of Riviera for over a year now and it is one of the best in the local Area. The change of ownership brought some growing pains, especially with the transition from 24hrs but they are certainly doing their best to provide the best gym and experience possible. The new owners are definitely making changes for the better, Don’t let the poor reviews from previous owners and years past fool you! This is a well prepared and staffed facility with ample space and equipment variety.

I liked the gym before. After the new management stepped in. The gym has gotten to a new level. My family lives it.

Been going to Riviera for over a year now with no issues. My experience here has been pleasant and I love the new changes.

New ownership is making good changes. But only 4 stars because not being 24/7. Big deal breaker for a lot of people and long time members. Especially with all the gyms around

New ownership is changing the gym from 24 hour to 5:30am - 10:30 pm and almost double the monthly cost from 17 to 30 dollars. No longer 24 hour gym and they will no longer be getting my business as a result. Such disappointing news to receive.

Worst gym in Crestview ! Terrible customer service. Did not enjoy my time here. After I left they sent a bill 6 months later saying I had an active membership even though I cancel my membership and talk to the front desk lady that sells the memberships. Now I have a debt a terrible credit score that it was her mistake and now she has the nerve to want me to start making payments on it. RIDICULOUS

Do not sign up for this gym. They make it sound like it’s an amazing gym and from the looks of it, it has all you could ask for. Unfortunately they put you in a 2 year contract that you CANNOT get out of without proof of either moving or disability and a 100 fee. Not worth and would never recommend to anyone

Don't go to this gym. Rude owner and lack of clarity in what you're signing up for.If you sign a contract (which is vague) you can't cancel unless you move more than 35 miles away or become permanently disabled (to which you'll pay a $100 cancelation fee). These two conditions are not clearly labeled as stating the only two reasons you can cancel a contract. The owner was rude when I came in to cancel my membership (to which I know is a "he said, she said" dispute) but we were not told about there being only two ways to cancel your membership (my wife and I work with contracts in our lines of work and know we wouldn't have signed up if we were told about these two very specific and outrageous reasons to cancel). When I told the owner about the conversation she called me a liar and wouldn't give me the contact info to their third party services (red flag about having a third party service for your billing, by the way).My wife and I only went in to join because of the incredibly pleasant front desk lady, Pam. I join or subscribe to things for customer service. Pam was the only reason we went but the rest of the experience has been terrible, again, mainly from my one interaction with the owner. On top of that, one of the rooms is locked up and unaccessible during off-hours (so glad you pay $40/month to not be able to use the entirety of the gym) and you have to pay extra per month to use hydro machines and the red-light therapy (both are included at Planet Fitness for $20/month). I was also told that there would be plenty of action on the half court they have... I haven't seen a single person playing on that court in the month and a half we've been here (found out that Twin Hills Park has indoor basketball, full court, which is free to the public).Overall, don't go here. They charge too much for the little they offer. Reading the other reviews it sounds like they only care about money and not membership experience or people in general. I don't usually promote Planet Fitness due to their terrible policies but I would suggest there before this place. I signed up at Temple Fitness and have had nothing but a great experience. Go there instead.

Good quality equipment, just sadly lately the restrooms have been consistently dirty or having a fowl smell. I pay a decent amount here an I expect cleanliness. Also not very fond of not being able to tan 24/7, as most other places will allow that.

This place is terrible and will pressure you to join when you're flustered and in a rush and saying 'no', over and over and over again. ..You just want to do month to month. Yes, it's my fault for giving in (just to shut her up and be done with it), but now my credit is going down and down and they seem super heartless with peoples finances and lives and wellbeing. F*CK Riviera Fartness. Not worth the stress. Not worth them being doucheholes. No means no. You guys suck a big one.
