Terrible experience. The staff had to finish the gossip conversation before helping me. Also the rude girl, would not let me finish a sentence without cutting me off or telling me i was wrong. Little does she know or care that this was for my wife who has cancer. So now I have more time and effort into getting a medication for my wife to be able to receive her next treatment! I expected better quality people from Publix!

If I could give a zero I would. Their online ordering is awful, usually just a little wrong, ALWAYS late, but today I walked in at 3:30 for a 2:00 order the guy said they were behind. Thats pretty far behind, but ok. He asked what my order was and the third time I told him he told me "oh we can't do any whole subs we're out of bread"1, why did you ask then?2, why do I even bother putting my phone number if you can't give me the common courtesy of calling?Terrible

This store used to be on top of everything and so ready to help customers. The quality of bakery products isn’t what it used to be. You really have to check produce for freshness, sometimes it isn’t fresh at all. Everything used to be outstanding at this store! The pharmacy is terrible….. they don’t keep up with having your meds on hand when you need them even if you get them on a regular basis…. And the techs are sometimes very rude about it and make clear they don’t even care. It’s obvious they don’t care if you’re happy with them or not… time for a new pharmacy and possibly a new place to shop all together…

I ordered a cake to celebrate my mom's birthday. I was a little worried about how it would turn out as I was traveling to the stores locations. The cake turned out beautiful and all the ladies in the bakery were super sweet and helpful. I won't hesitate to order a cake from them again.

I would’ve gave them 5 stars because the other technicians were beyond professional and kind but when there’s always that one employee who is the complete opposite can make it or break for the whole team. You get paid good as a pharmacy technician especially when you do your job or at least fake it until you make it. You work in a CUSTOMER SERVICE field, you don’t like the job, then why get your license in that field

I have been planning to leave this review for over a week now. It was that important to me that I let others know how exceptional this shopping experience was for me. We had Kris and her team helping us to checkout and everyone was just beyond pleasant and helpful! We're new to the area and felt that, generally, everyone here in Florida seems just so polite and friendly, and we were blown away when this team took it up yet another notch. This will definitely be my go to place from now on- thanks so much to the staff here for going above and beyond!

This review is about the pharmacy at bent creek Publix. After seeing my pain management Doctor and requested early fill on my script as I was leaving the next day out of state. I went to the pharmacy that afternoon and was told they wouldn't fill my request even though the script said early fill was ok by my Doctor. Do to a family tragedy I could not delay my departure. I left a message with my Doctor's office. Unless I receive an apology from Publix pharmacy, my business has been moved to another pharmacy in town. My moving to another pharmacy won't hurt Publix however I will not give positive feedback to anyone. Long time customer gone.

I've never been happier to see a Publix!!! After my experience with the Walmart in this area, I NEEDED to try elsewhere for groceries. SO happy with this location! Very clean with tons of variety! They even have ethnic foods & seasonings, which I am ecstatic to see!!! My go-to grocery store from here on out!
