Edit to add a *warning*: If you’ve been to this place recently, check your engine! It’s been over a month now and I took my car to a different place for a check up. Precision forgot to put my oil cap back on. The different place told me another person came to them with the same issue from Precision as well, and this could’ve ruined my engine. Very strange coincidence.
This one’s for my fellow ladies: I had an uncomfortable customer service experience at this place. I brought my car in for an oil change and the guy at the front desk kept insisting they show me how to check it (even though I told him I already knew how to check it). And when he showed me, he grabbed my hands without my permission to guide me through handling the oil stick. Very poor behavior and will not be coming back.

Kaylin and Brandon really came through for me. I had a bad gas leak and I work in Panama City. They both worked hard to get me back on the road as quick as they could. Very professional and Brandon seems very knowledgeable and likes what he does. Brandon even came to pick me up at my house. So I could gety car. Thanks again!!

Brought my car in to get work done on the temperature unit, left with more damage to the vehicle, and paid for a service that may or may not have even happened, and confusion as to what the heck was wrong with the employee that was repetitively trying to open another vehicle using mines key.
