I have been in agonizing pain from this broken tooth and they're the only pharmacy in town that had what I needed and were so quick to help me. These people genuinely care and want to help their customers and I will definitely be switching over to them from my other pharmacy.Such wonderful people! I'm so grateful for them right now. They have no idea how much they helped me tonight. Best pharmacy experience I've ever had, hands down.”
“My husband and I were due for our flu and pneumonia shots this year, so we scheduled an appointment to keep things smooth and efficient. To our surprise, we were called in even before our scheduled time—talk about a win! Jocelyn was the lucky one who got us… or maybe we were the lucky ones to get her. She was friendly, quick-witted, and made the whole experience so seamless that we barely had time to brace ourselves before it was over. If all shots were this easy, we’d be signing up for them recreationally!”

“This particular Walgreens is always able to get my prescription even when it’s on back order. I travel from DeFuniak to use this pharmacy because the Walgreens in DeFuniak, as well as 90% of the other pharmacies, cannot get the medication I need. Staff has always been very nice and helpful, even when I have had to work on prescription reroutes. Would highly recommend this Walgreens pharmacy if you’re having issues with your current one.”
“Nothing to improve, the young man AJ who assisted me went above and beyond. I came in for a particular product and this young man noticed it and arrived on the morning shipment. He must have looked through several boxes until he located the item and then brought it to me. BESY SERVICE IN MANY YEARS!!!

“Updated review: The bathroom situation seems to have been resolved. Which is great because we LOVE WD! It's always been our family's go-to grocery store, hands down. We don't shop anywhere else. Also, the WD rewards app is awesome and totally worth it! I highly recommend using it every time you shop. The store is always organized and tidy and the staff is always friendly. Nothing but good things to say. Keep up the great work!
Old review: I had to come back and deduct 2 stars because lately, at least for the last 3 months or so, the bathrooms at the Crestview location have been FILTHY. I don't mean a tad dirty. I mean absolutely disgusting. The men's restroom is way worse than the women's. They're always out of paper towels and the sinks are dirty. In the men's bathroom there's always piss everywhere (clearly men are just gross, but still someone should be cleaning it up). I rarely use the bathroom there, so the fact that every time I have it's been disgusting is pretty bad. It's not like we just caught them on a bad day. Especially with COVID right now, I find this unacceptable and I'm not typically the type of person who blasts an establishment like this. That's just his bad it is. Maybe new management or something. I don't know, but it needs to be taken care of asap.”
