Julian the manager is a complete joke. Always rude towards his staff, I went in last week for some oil and heard casey yelling at an employee in the back. Cannot believe they are managers. Other than the managers unprofessionalism. I applaud the workers.

Came in tonight with my daughter because she had some dash lights. The store was busy, but Julian took the time to help, and explain all of our options in terms of needed parts. Even offered to pull repair procedures if we needed them. Despite the fact that he was super busy, he still helped us and every other customer before us with a genuine concern and a smile. Good manager is good.
Thanks Julian, people like you are the reason I always chose O'reilly, both for my personal vehicles and at my shop.

Had car issues today. We picked this location, parked in the shade, and got to work. Bought a battery and supplies here. Staff were great, and because of their positive treatment and helping us get rolling, we will definitely recommend this location over others to people. ?

While traveling from Austin, Texas to Tallahassee, Fl we had a 2 inch screw puncture the drivers side left rear tire of my sister in laws dodge ram. With 2 + hours remaining in the trip and anxious to get home we pulled into O’Reillys in Crestview, Fl. Employees Brad and Matthew -true angels on earth- helped us patch the tire and send us on our way. A shining example of exemplary employees at O’Reillys and a great reflection as to the good character of people in Crestview.

Great prices and can have most things delivered to the shop in less then 12 hours. Customer service is great. They'll check your battery, install the new one, put windshield wipers on for you if you want. You can't hardly miss with O'Reilly's.

you can't beat the tool loaner program. One time they didn't have a part I needed for less money than the competition, it was in my hands by eleven the next morning.

Horrible customer service. The manager is so rude and appalling to customers, I was just in there a bit ago and he was cursing out this young woman and she entered the store so nice and he starting cursing her out.
