They made a facebook post promoting and selling amber teething necklaces and I commented informing other mothers the dangers of them. I was blocked for it. I can't support a shop who willingly sells a suffocation and chocking hazard for "looks".

I’ve been a shopper for a year or so and I’m sad by how it’s been lately. One reason I initially loved it, was the owner is awesome! However, The last time I went in, a lady that wanted to drop off clothing was very upset because she had clothing in a bag. Once she left the front desk and the girls working in the back were talking about her and laughing at her, even a customer chimed in on this. I was upset to see the unprofessionalism in this situation. I also recommend calling before you set up to consign because the website is misleading. You need to set up an account with them first and they don’t “do drop offs” after 4.I really hope they make some improvements because I love shopping local and I think this is such a cute store.

Owner/operator customer friendly, informative, helpful and takes time with customers. This shop is well stocked, sale items are clean and if not new are in near new condition. Prices are affordable. Consignment awesome. Kudos Chelsea

I recommend neat repeat for a few things. they have lots and lots of children's clothes. I was able to get both of my grandsons a couple of outfits for Christmas last year. also having store credit is a big help. These clothes toys stories extra are greast condition. she doesn't except trash. plus they are so nice there . I been going to neat repeats for about a year now
