“My fiance and I went in to this Verizon store on Friday night to switch our service from AT&T we had Leonard as our sale rep and he put us both on two different accounts prepaid and we wanted on on the same account and we didn’t want prepaid then he didn’t switch my fiancés phone all the way over we had to call and do it over the phone..If you go inside this Verizon location you need to see Maria she’s amazing and helped us fix everything. She has great customer service and goes above and beyond for her customers we will be returning to do all our service through her. We have had T-Mobile at&t and been in other Verizon stores but MARIA WAS THE BEST glad we had the opportunity to meet her.”

“I have had a Verizon account for a number of years. On October 12th I visited the Verizon location at 1900 S Ferdon in Crestview Fl. I had just purchased an iphone14Plus and screensaver on line and did not feel comfortable transferring the data etc over from the old to the new and was hoping they would help. I was greeted by a young lady named Taylor who sincerely made me feel appreciated as a customer and was eager to help. As she was transferring the data over to the new phone, a gentleman by the name of Ryan came over put the screen protector on for me. I can truly say that these two individuals made me feel as though I was valued as a customer and not just a number. It was great to find customer service that they displayed!”

“Stopped by the Cox store today because our puppy chewed through our modem power cord. John was awesome! He greeted us with a big smile, even held the door for us. Super kind and easy to talk to no pushy sales pitch at all.
He mentioned a couple of ways we could save money by bundling, but wasn’t aggressive about it, which we really appreciated. Honestly, Cox is lucky to have him. Whatever they’re paying this guy, it’s not enough John’s a rockstar!”
