Not Happy. Be careful at Main Street Automotive for OVER CHARGING on oil and filter change. FACTS: I was just charged $295.21 on a 2003 GMC 2500HD Diesel for oil change and a screw on lower transmission filter. I was charged $89.99 for the transmission filter. That filter can be bought anywhere from $23-40 dollars. I was charged $55 for just unscrewing, putting some fluid in the filter and screwing it back on. Main Street says the book calls for 1.5 hours labor just for the trans filter install. He said they cut me a deal. Cut me a deal. Well I called Justin Diesel and asked them what their charge would be on the same service I just got from Main Street and was told by the manager that it would be $144 for the oil change and $23 for transmission filter ($167) and get this NO CHARGE to install the transmission filter. Not $295 but $167! You do the math to see if you think I was OVER CHARGED. In fact Main Street said they even called Justin’s to compare pricing and said the install of the transmission screw on filter alone would be over $500!!! I’m not making this up. I’m not talking complete transmission service. I’m talking about replacing the lower screw on transmission filter! Just beware.

I took my car there because it was pushing antifreeze back into the reservoir. I spent over 2,000 dollars and I still have the exact same problem. I called to ask them to try and help me with the car after how much I spent. They would not do it . Beware.

We’ve been using them for our Chevy express work van that we drive many many miles daily. Customer service is top tier always! And it’s so so affordable. Everyone is honest and very sweet. Couldn’t recommend them enough ❤️❤️

Main Street automotive is awesome! The other reviews I read were spot on and led me to call them. Great personalities and super great prices! They got me in on the same day I called and fixed my car that day. I will be taking all 3 of my cars here!! Love this place!

Unfortunatley some really good automotive shops get a bad reputation because of the few shops that don't maintain a similar standard. The team at Main Street Automotive is the best shop I've ever brought my car(s) to. Their team can solve difficult problems and they treat their customers as if they were family.
I would take any of my automotive needs to them knowing that I will be treated fairly and the customer experience is second to none.

These folks are very honest in ways I can not even put into words! They truly took care of my daughter’s car when Allen Turner Chevrolet has taken over $3000 of unnecessary repairs from her and treated her like a fool. Thank you folks for your incredible knowledge and service. No one but you will ever repair any of our large family of vehicles.

I took a tire in to have repaired. But ended up having to buy a new tire since the old one was dry rotted. Main Street Auto was able to order and have a new tire delivered the next day. I am very happy with their customer service and prices.

I came to Main Street Automotive for an oil change and a tire rotation. The customer service is amazing. The second you walk in you feel welcomed and not just another customer.
