I wish there was a minus five stars, you can't stock everything in the world, but you could hire knowledgeable people.A couple lazy overgrown childre Flirting instead of working is always a nice bonus.

We are new residents to Crestview. We just bought a washer and dryer and it was delivered with a crack in the lid glass. David, in appliances, has been wonderful through this whole process via selling us the washer and dryer as well as having the defective one replaced. A true professional. We couldn't ask for a better experience. Thanks David!

Sat in furniture department for more than 20 minutes with NO ONE asking if I needed help. Even after going to service desk for assistance, still no help arrived for a long time. This was the second time I came to this Lowe’s to attempt to buy the patio set that I wanted. The first time, I just left out of frustration. I think I might start making the drive to Home Depot because this service is unacceptable!

Lowes, has everything for building, repair. A bit pricey of course and good luck finding customer service but it's Lowes.

Every Lowe’s I have ever been to has bent over backwards to help me and make me happy. This Lowe’s has the rudest and most inept employees who never want to help and management that simply doesn’t care if you’re a happy customer or not. They refused to cut a single piece of plywood to size for me but offered to cut it in half if I needed to fit it in my car?! They refuse to stand behind Kobalt warranty as well. Every other Lowe’s on the gulf coast will leave you a happy customer but the management and employees here have the worst work ethic I’ve ever encountered. Go ANYWHERE else but here for your hardware needs.

In the middle of counting individual bolts and washers when an employee came up to me and said I had to leave the isle NOW, he had a job to do - while I had a handful of bolts. Rushed, I actually bought the wrong items.
I’ll be heading to ACE and Crestview Wholesale from now on for true customer service - Lowes has lost it.
