Left tonight with a new Buick envision! My experience with the entire staff was amazing. Joel was especially awesome during my first solo car buying experience! I was pretty nervous going in, but he made everything super easy. He patiently walked me through my options, answered all my questions, and never pressured me to make a quick decision. Joel really listened to my opinions on what I wanted and needed, never making me feel like I was being too picky! With his guidance I found the perfect car. I left feeling confident and happy with my choice! If you’re looking for a great, no-pressure experience, ask for Joel!

Caleb Napier is not what you would expect from a typical car salesman. He is the epitome of what a car salesman should be. Polite professional and extremely knowledgeable of the Tundra I bought from a Buick/GMC dealership. Caleb was friendly cheerful and respectful to all our questions and concerns. Out of all my years of dealing with car salesmen, Caleb stands above and beyond any previous experience I’ve encountered. When I feel the importance to write a good review of a company I am honored to do so. Unfortunately this is not one of those times. I've waited to write this to make sure I still felt the same after the fact. This review involves the service department system. First off as far as those running the desk, they were polite and professional when we dropped off. My husband called for an appointment for my vehicle. At that time he explained all of the issues we were experiencing with it. Given an appointment for 2 plus weeks later, we dropped it off finally. At that time we handed a detailed list of the issues (just in case) plus what we already replaced trying to resolve them. We were told they'd call us the next day. Understandably they didn't call. The following day...nothing. On the 3rd day we called to check on it. They had to call back once they figured out who was diagnosing the problems. They did. At this time, we were told that they did not have an electronic technician employed with them so they couldn't do anything to help us. So we wasted more gas /time to pick up our vehicle. We asked them how long it's been since they didn't have anyone to do the work/diagnostics. We were told about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. My question was why weren't we told at the time of the appointment set up by phone, prior to driving out there or when we dropped the vehicle off? After waiting 2 weeks for another appointment at another dealership, my car is hopefully being checked out. Being honest in the first place would have prevented this negative review and would of kept us as potential customers in the future.

Dani was great! Start to finish she made sure we got everything we needed! Definitely one of the best experiences we have had buying a vehicle and we recently have bought a couple!! We drove two hours to purchase a car here, and we will continue! Can’t say enough about this dealership, little did we know that we wouldn’t just get an awesome truck, and sales consultant, but that the financing which can sometimes be grueling, would be the opportunity of a lifetime!
