Had a climate controlled unit since 2019, was always clean staff friendly and helpful. Even got a call once to let us know it looked like someone had try to tamper with our lock , not sure anything actually happened but it was nice knowing they keep watch over the lot and units. Highly recommend using Prime Storage, only reason we no longer is because don't have the need for it anymore, we are home to stay!

This place will bait and switch on you. Start you low and increase by 40-50 percent within 2-3 months. Great for short term only.

We had an RV storage and after that a larger storage. Both were good size and clean. However in the time we had the larger storage rates we raised 3 times and started to be a little overpriced in my opinion. Especially since we were not paying for 24 hour access. Also the front gate had broken and still was not fixed months later even with paying more. After cleaning out I was then informed of a necessary two week notice or paying a fee to leave without it. It was only $35 but I would have planned better if that was stated at the beginning. I realize it is probably in the paperwork I signed but I definitely missed it when reading. So just fyi. But overall a positive experience.

The locking mechanism they have on their sheds, calls for a very specific lock with a very certain diameter. I’m currently moving a whole house while caring for my 5 month old. So I called ahead of time to ask about what lock I should need to make sure I was prepared for this move without too many frustrating surprises. I was advertised by the girl on the phone I would need ANY lock with a key. Seeing as I almost live an hour away, I’m moving with a young one, and I’m currently moving my stuff into the shed here, I wanted to have the right lock the first time around. So that’s why I asked about lock specifications before arriving to prime storage. Upon my arrival, i noticed a lot of people had the exact same lock. This is probably because you can only fit a very certain lock on these sheds… I was not paying the $17 dollar rental lock fee. Almost feels as if those tricky lock mechanisms are put on the sheds so you feel that you have to buy the $17 lock rental…I bought two different locks from Walmart, two separate times, and both of them didn’t fit. Had to go inside Walmart 3 separate times to get different locks to fit this stupid lock mechanism you guys have. It was definitely inconvenient to get my little on in and out of my car at Walmart this late at night due to an employee being wrong or misinformed. Finally after more than an hour, just to get the right lock, I got my stuff locked up. I did email them to let them know what an inconvenience and 3 days later I have no response so here’s that review their email address keeps asking me for. I didn’t give 1 star only because, in the beginning, Natalie was super prompt, and polite. And the shed layout gives nice space to get your trailer/big trucks in with ease. But other than that I am disappointed
