If i could give ZERO stars I would. I live exactly 3 streets behind this store. I am in Iraq and ordered a plant for my wife’s birthday. Paid on line. My wife waited at home until 4:50pm on a Wednesday and nothing. No call. No delivery. Nothing. NEVER use them again. Unbelievable and I will be demanding a refund.

I bought some white roses for a visit to my mom's grave. These were lovely ladies to work with. (The litter box for the "store cats" needs tending, though) #stinky

I do NOT recommend this florist. I ordered a beautiful white roses/purple arrangement in a white basket for a sympathy arrangement for my cousin. What she received looked nothing at all like what I picked out and looks like the amount of white roses was decreased. I even asked for a phone call if substitutions needed to be made. She indicated there was 1 flower they didnt have. I instructed her I wanted them to just substitute that flower but to keep the arrangement white/purple. The basket they used also looked so cheap compared to the one in the picture. The arrangement they delivered looked nothing at all like the picture. Very very upsetting and disappointing!!!

Don’t ever buy arrangements from them… my flowers were suppose to be lavender… they were bright pink… I don’t know anything about flowers and when we were told as they warm up they will turn lavender, we believed them… and the lady said did it affect my wedding… we had to paint them lavender…

Was left a card on door saying they tried to deliver to call or stop by I tried calling and it rang busy everytime so I drove there to be told they didn't have my order that they would deliver it later. This was at 1120am so at 3pm I tried calling to have a busy signal again I kept trying to call till 6pm to have never got them to pick up or never got said flowers

Ordered lavender roses. Received dried up crusty brown edged peach colored roses. I was cautioned about ordering from this "business". I should have listened. THIS BUSINESS IS EITHER A SCAM OR TAKES NO PRIDE IN. THEIR SER

Worst and most unethical flower shop Ever! How dare they ask for more money for delivery from my elderly mother when I had already paid the delivery fee and to ask her to drive down to pick up to avoid paying more! This place should be shut down for praying on the elderly. Unable to get in touch with anyone to speak to! Very infuriating ?

My poor husband ordered a bouquet of 24 roses and got upcharged over the phone without his knowledge. Not only did he get upcharged by a SIGNIFICANT amount from the Valentines Day prices on the website, but the day he came to pick up the flowers they had lost his order and kept asking him if he was "sure" he ordered. To which he kept saying, "Yes you charged my card over $200 and I ordered days ago and was told it would be ready today at this time, I'm sure." They had him waiting in the store for over a half hour to assemble the bouquet which looked awful! It was scarce with huge gaps in the bouquet that were empty. It looked rushed/thrown together. I guess we werent the only ones because the guy in front of him complained of his bouqet looking scarce and asked for additional flowers to fill in the gaps. For being charged over $200 (which that price alone is absolutely absurd!!!!) for a bouqet of 24 plain red roses, the bouqet should be PERFECT. Like top tier stuff. It should be worth the price paid. It shouldn't have gaps in it or look starved, and the order most certainly shouldn't be lost. Unfortunately this wasn't our first bad experience with this company, but our second. Around Christmas, we placed an order and they charged our card, and then the day of pickup, called us to say they couldnt fill it. With that said, although we try to support small businesses as much as we can, this one wont be earning our business again and I also wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There are much better flowers sold for much cheaper elsewhere. If you're going to be charged over $200 the quality should reflect that price.

Horrible issues with delivery and customer service. Didn't deliver to right address twice!! And then I was told to just have my mother in law go find them somewhere at a neighbors! Unfortunate when trying to surprise someone.

Didn’t deliver flowers on a Saturday like requested and did not refund delivery charge after recipient. Had to go pick up flowers three days after they were supposed to be delivered.

Very disappointed in the flowers I received for my birthday. They were horrible. 3 roses, and a stalk of daisies, and a sprig of yellow flowers. Looked like 3rd runner up for prom queen.

Unfortunately this was the 3rd time we have had a bad experience with purchasing flowers from the friendly florist in Crestview.The first was about 2 years ago when we ordered flowers from our family for my mother in laws funeral. They were never delivered. Fast forward to just this past weekend. The plant my husband and his 2 brothers purchased and had delivered for their Aunts funeral turned out to be so small that it was embarrassing. When you pay 80.00 you expect to be able to see a nice size “fish garden” It looked much like a group of small starter plants in a shallow bowl. Very tiny and very disappointing. For the same funeral our family wanted to send a plant. I was told they didn’t have anymore large plants but the florist suggested we send a display of flowers and plants that the family could then take home. At the cost of 107.00 I was expecting something different than what we got. I could have just as easily gone to Publix and picked up something for 20-25.00 and put it in a cheap glass vase from Walmart. Needles to say we have learned our lesson and we’ll look for flowers from some of the non “friendly florist” in town.
