Been to Days Tire Pros numerous times with my lowered car which is now on air suspension. In every time I’ve been, they’re very rude or unpleasant to speak to. Especially the front desk when filling out my personal information. They weren’t able to do my alignment before due to how low my car was which is understandable. But now being on air suspension they still cannot do it because of how it will “unalign” when adjusting the air pressure. While watching the front desk lady go explain what I wanted done to the mechanic I saw him yelling at her through the window. She then came back in and said he cannot do it. I know my alignment will change depending on the set height I’m at, I made that known and still got denied service. This time, I spoke with the lady with short grey hair at the desk who spoke to the mechanic who had long hair/beard with a hat on. After she went outside to speak with the alignment technician, she came back in and rudely said, "He cannot do it." I mentioned that my vehicle is on air lift and that I can raise it, but she seemed visibly annoyed, sighed, and walked away.

Day's is the best oil change/tire shop in town! They're always courteous, speedy, communicative, and professional! They have taken great care of every vehicle I've taken there! Recently, I needed a set of tires for a 1991 F150...they found the tires they thought would look the best and be most functional for the truck, their price was reasonable, and they had it ready for pickup in three days!

Showed up with an air leak. The mechanic and ladies at the desk were extremely nice and helpful. Had me back on the road in 45 minutes. 10/10 recommend and will return for any further tire issues.
