Getting a storage unit here was a simple process. James was great and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. He even took the time to show me to my unit and how to work the lock. He really went above and beyond. It seems very secure. I am very happy having a storage unit here.

Excellent service, security, and value for your property. We moved from another location that kept raising rates without any noticeable improvement to their service. At Crestview Storage, the front desk service (Mrs J) was very professional and knowledgeable on options for our storage needs. The facilities security is very comforting, in contrast to our previous location. Additionally, you have access of a dolly to move things in and even clean restroom facilities (none available on the previous location). They also have great moving deals are fantastic and a military discount. I'm was very pleased when they opened and glad we made the move.

I have had my unit since 2022. There has never been any problems. If I have a question the people there are nice and helpful.

Due to a mixup with a Crestview Storage decal being put on my lock, covering the keyhole, I thought a different lock had been put on my unit. I called the office very upset and Janice came right out, in the cold without a coat and assisted me in getting into my unit. She treated me and my husband so wonderful. Thank you so very much. Awesome customer service. ?

Everyone from beginning to end was so kind and helpful! Units are extremely clean as well as property. They went over everything very thoroughly and had unbeatable prices in the area ! 100/100 highly recommend!!!

Manager was very helpful, great customer service. Used a very basic unit for furniture. We needed a short term storage spot while moving and this worked out great. Can't say enough good things about the nice young lady that made arrangements with us over the phone and was actually there on site.
