Purchased an awesome brand new Springfield Hellcat Pro the other day and everyone in the store was very helpful when it came to info on the handgun as well as making sure to let me handle it and see how it feels in hand before the purchase. overall great experience and 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for new or used guns as well as anything else you may need from PC components to musical addons, to mechanical tools and generators. Definitely stop by and see what they have to offer and make sure to talk to the employees, they are helpful land more than willing to let you know what you are interested in.

They get me cheap prices on items I need. However, their customer service is piss poor. If someone is standing at a counter, it’s probably because they want to inquire about something. So instead of ignoring them and allowing them to stand there for 10 mins, how about you get up and go ask what they need. Probably a better move than asking them “have you been helped?” nervously when you’ve been staring at them and you know they haven’t.

bought a brand new steam deck oled for 575 on steam and took it here to see how much they were going to give me just for shts and giggles and they wanted to give me 190$ lol lol lol if your looking to have a laugh u can always go here best laugh ive ever had.last time i bought a real gold chain from them for 600 and went back to pawn it and they told me it was fake,then i showed them the receipt that i bought it from their store saying that was a real gold chain and they couldnt figure how they sold me a fake chain.this place needs sum investigating.ever since the new owners bought the store theyve been scamming customers left and right lol

Well this used to be a good place but now the new manager Christopher is the typical bottom feeder in this industry and cannot be trusted. Do not come to this place, do not ever do business with this place. They are unethical and shortchange you if they get an opportunity.

I came in with a Cartier watch my father had left me. The people I dealt with were rude, self centered and acted as they could do no wrong. They declared my watch a fake and worthless. Only one person there said anything to the effect that they don't normally deal with Cartier. Regardless I was told the watch was fake. 2 years later I had it checked again. It was worth over 3 grand. Glad I didn't just get rid of it. If you have anything checked here, be sure to get a second opinion. You might regret it otherwise. And to the employees, be nicer you guys were very unprofessional

WARNING!! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!! They are super unprofessional. I brought in a Silver Ring with a Green Sapphire and as soon as I said it was silver, the lady at the counter said “Oh, I’m sorry, we don’t buy silver at the moment. Go to Hub City Pawn.” She lied to my face and told me to take my business to another pawn shop. I will NEVER be back in here. I’m going to the Fort Walton Beach store instead. They know their stuff there and are very professional. Avoid this place at all costs.

They gave me a broken ps4 and when I tried to return it they said I needed warranty but they never even mentioned warranty. Very unprofessional and underbids you. I have like 6 other people I know with bad experiences here and their all going to get on here and rate it 1 star. I will be making a post on Facebook so everyone in Crestview and areas near by can see how unprofessional they are. They will basically rob you
