The pharmacist with the piercing under her lip is so very rude. I was a witness to her treating a service man poorly this afternoon. Just overall dismissive and distasteful. He asked her a question and she snapped at him “I know who to call! It’s 4:30 on a Friday afternoon so it’s going to be hard to get a hold of them. Wait your turn” I could not believe that she is in the field that she is in! Whether a manager or team member, it was completely uncalled for and not the first time I’ve seen/ heard her be rude to a customer!

Nothing to improve, the young man AJ who assisted me went above and beyond. I came in for a particular product and this young man noticed it and arrived on the morning shipment. He must have looked through several boxes until he located the item and then brought it to me. BESY SERVICE IN MANY YEARS!!!
Thank you.

The coupon program is great, making select purchases a deal, especially generic brands of OTC medications. The self check-out is very concvenient. We do not use the pharmacy so we can't rate that experience.

The Pharmacist at the Crestview, Florida location is a very poor representative for CVS. Poor customer service. This is the second poor experience I’ve had with her. I moved my prescriptions to Walgreens because I was so dissatisfied with service after the first interaction. I was willing to give the pharmacy another opportunity to change my feelings as I had to refill a prescription with CVS. Unfortunately, but not surprising, I received the same poor service. I will not be shopping or filling my prescriptions with CVS in the future. The manager and the cashier I dealt with this evening were lovely and very in tune to customer service.

I had a very frustrating experience at CVS Pharmacy recently, primarily due to the poor customer service provided by a pharmacist named Cassidi. I visited the pharmacy to inquire about insurance coverage for a medication, and Cassidi's attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive.
From the moment I started asking questions, it was clear that Cassidi considered my inquiries an inconvenience. Instead of providing clear and helpful answers or working towards a resolution, she responded with curt, one-word replies and seemed visibly annoyed. When I asked for clarification about the insurance coverage details regarding a last name change, she rolled her eyes and sighed heavily, making me feel as if I was a burden. Cassidi proceeded to argue with me regarding my correct last name. She then snatched the medication from the counter and walked away lecturing me about potential audits. Almost as if them not correcting my last name with my insurance was somehow my fault.
Her unprofessional demeanor and lack of willingness to assist were unacceptable. As a pharmacist, she should be a reliable resource for customers who need guidance on important issues like insurance coverage or medication Unfortunately, Cassidi failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service.
This experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I sincerely hope that CVS Pharmacy addresses this issue with Cassidi to ensure that other customers are treated with the respect and assistance they deserve. I will be reconsidering my choice of pharmacy in the future due to this negative experiencey.

Horrible you enter and stinks of rotten eggs as you enter. The ceiling many parts caved in falling to the ground. Buckets holding water from the previous rain storm. No excuse for a big brand to inconvenience the shopper. I don't want to give my business where I'm begging for fresh air. The stink is horrible. As a matter of fact, this location has had issues with the ceiling leaks when it rains.

Can not call to speak to a person to ask a question in the pharmacy. The store prices are the highest in town.

I used this CVS for about 10 years and would pick up multiple prescriptions quite a few times each month. Every time I went, it was as if they had never seen me before. I’d go through the same issues over & over. The only benefit to CVS was that I can get a prescription transferred if needed while out of state. We travel a lot, but that’s not worth the frustration of them having no idea who I am. GO TO A LOCAL PHARMACY!! You will be treated MUCH better!

I couldn't find what I needed so I talked to the pharmacist. He was kind and even though he was really busy, he didn't make me feel like I was wasting his time or try to rush with me. And the cashier was patient and kind as well. Great service

Sorry to be negative, but the pharmacy just seems 2nd rate (no matter what CVS we use). We have had so many issues with miscommunication. Get a text saying a presciption is ready and when you drive to the store, nope, we don't have that ready. Or order a 90 day supply and they give you 30 day. If our insurance didn't require us to use CVS we would definitely look elsewhere.

Worst CVS I've ever used. I plan to transfer mine and my kids medications else where. Sat at the drive thru window 10mins after the lady said it was ready and no one came back as my 4 year old daughter sat screaming in the back with a 103 temperature. I finally just drove off. I wouldn't recommend this cvs to anyone. ?
