Great prices & quality on lumber! Staff, especially the warehouse guys, are very helpful. Try this instead of Lowe's, and you may be pleasantly surprised.

5 Star do not recommend - Terrible customer service. Young guy at the register needs to learn how to be polite. The only employee doing any real work/physical labor was a young woman. Maybe the men should learn how to work from her.

Educate your employees on paint colors. Also, may need more customer service training. Yelling at a frequent customer because you don't know the color "eggshell white" is not ok. Your ignorance is no excuse to run off customers that spend a lot of money in your store. Your employee was very unprofessional and very unpleasant.

I see so many requests for a Harbor Freight in Crestview. Curiosity killed the cat yesterday and I found out about something which I had no knowledge of. Would you like to step back in time as far as good quality, good manners and great ethics? Then you might like taking a trip out to James Lee Blvd and take a good look at Crestview Wholesale. They have 2 building's out there and so much to look at. I am simply shoked that I didn't know about this place. They have been there for year's too. It will also take more than 5 minutes to take this step back in time. I am really taken with this establishment and staff. THANK YOU Gabe, Mallory and Beau for your outstanding service. I wish I could give more stars because the store itself is nice and has lots. But in the past month we’ve spent around $30k in supplies and every time we’ve been in there and had to talk with “Chris” he is so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL- it’s unbelievable. With the kind of money we are spending and us always being kind and never giving him a reason to be the way he is… I can’t understand his attitude and total disrespect towards me and my fiancé. He rolls his eyes and huffs and puffs the entire time we speak to him.All I can say is I hope they either teach him to be a polite person or send him somewhere else to work.“David” on the other hand was very helpful the one time we were able and pleased to be dealing with him.

First time customer the other day. Very friendly on the phone and checked to confirm they had the items in stock withouyme asking. When I arrived I walked past the knife selection and was impressed at the wide range of pocket and hunting knives so much that I mentioned it to my wife. Clerks were friendly helped me get my items and when I mentioned True Value they quickly stated they were not a True Value store but it always pulls up on line despite efforts to fixit. Stockman in the lumber section was very helpful and quickly loaded my materials. Good people great prices. I guess they could stay open a little longer but it’s a small family business trying to compete with the Big Box stores. I’m all for buying American and helping out our small business owners.They have been in business for 27 years!

Found website and drove 60 miles......Only to find out that they claim its not their website. Previous owners...and nothing is accurate. They can't correct it.

I was not pleased at all. They do not handle business well. We got a battery for our truck remote. It would not work. We went back inside not to ask for a refund but to exchange the battery they would not do it because they could not resell it. Even Walmart would have exchanged it. We never even left the parking lot with it.
