Professional driver and picked up a nail in a tire. Stopped here since it was 1/4 mile from Dr office I took my client to. When I stopped to get my tire fixed, I was asked if I had an appointment. The young lady at the desk said , well we take walk ins but there's soooo many people......at which point I walked out.
WHOOOOOOO has a TIRE REPAIR shop that runs off appointment and discourages and pretty much turns away money? Apparently THIS place.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
And yes, I sat in their parking lot to write this review

The team did great work and got me the exact tire I wanted and after checking around they were the cheapest price as well. While in there I noticed them working with people and making sure they understood warranty and the best tire to use on that vehicle.

I previously have had services here before, which I was happy with. I have family who apparently know the owner well, who recommended this shop to me. This last service, I came in because my check engine light popped on, and my car was telling me to check fuel cap for days. The cap apparently wasn't sealing well, so they recommended I get a new one and also replace the fuel leak detection pump, which cost me $260 in total. The cap did look different than my old one, but all was well for a few days. After a couple days, my engine light again pops on saying "check fuel cap."I check it, looks fine to me and continue on my way, and it keeps saying that same thing. At this point I'm frustrated because I paid $30 for the thing and apparently it wasn't the correct cap for my car. I don't take it back to them, because I know that they are going to charge me $100 for a diagnostic, when we already know what the issue is. I go on amazon, order a cap exactly like my old one for $10 for my make and model car, pop it on, and magic! I drive a couple blocks and engine light turns off. At this point I am very unhappy with the service I have received and also attempted a phone call with the owner, the front desk ladies advised he would call me back about the services. Never received a call back. I don't think I will be returning, will take business elsewhere.

Crestview tire and wheel service is better than anything I've ever received in any other store!! They provided very fast service and the customer service was impeccable! They're tires of exceptional quality and I will be doing all my tire shopping with them exclusively in the future!

Would not recommend.. Broke plastic part of key and just glued it together stating tha'ts all the could do. Went in for alignment and said I needed 2 new tires as well as a list of other things. My tires are less than a yr old and no signs of separating or abnormal wear. Other parts do not need replacing as I have had recent work done on my truck and mechanic would have sated this already. Be careful going here as they are more about making money off you than providing good service

I went to them for a second opinion and I'm glad I did they found things that didn't need repaired and then file things that need to be repaired that the other place didn't put down on the sheets. I'm glad my friends referred me to this place

I recently had to replace the tires on 2 separate vehicles, and because of previous positive service at Crestview Tire & Wheel, I returned to them help take care of the replacement. Scheduling was a breeze, staff was polite. Service was excellent, clean and professional. Thank you all for the manner in which you respect the client and their vehicles.

Best tire place!!!!! I did not have the key for my lug nuts but they were able to remove them and give me replacement lugs, and they fixed my leaking tire on the same day that I called for help. Price could not be beat, customer service was perfect, am definitely customer for life now.
