I found Joe to be very knowledgeable and gave me all my options for the failed battery in my iphone se. In the end I saved a lot of money just buying a used and upgraded phone. He also helped me on the phone with the icloud data transfer process.

CPR was Friendly, fast and simple! Dropped off my iPhone 14 right before close for a screen repair amd it was ready the next morning when I went to pick it up. Paid my money and I was done. Less than 10 minutes for the whole experience.

I went in to get my iPhone charging port replaced because it wasn’t working. The tech said it would take around an hour to replace.
He clearly just cleaned the port and did not replace the port but charged me for a replacement. The chubby with a buzz cut tried to gaslight me by saying the ports are matte black and that it wasn’t dirty but clearly was.
Scumbag activities right there.

Beyond fast. I went in expecting to need to set up an appointment for later in the week. He fixed my phone on the spot in a matter of minutes. Actually, he fixed mine while he was actively working on another customer’s issues. Super nice and very fair price. So impressed I am going to have him look at my MacBook with a battery issue. I just assumed it would be more economical to just buy a new one but not before I get his input.

Came in for screen replacement through my insurance Assurant and unfortunately my Bluetooth and WIFI were also damaged so the gentleman helping me was kind enough to put a damaged screen on that made it so I was still able to use my phone until a new one came in the mail which he didn't have to do but saved me from not having a working phone at all. I highly recommend this place.
