I find it completely disgusting that I a paying customer who did nothing wrong was asked to leave to store by someone who when I worked there wouldn’t allow me to trespass someone who came in everyday to harass me and the other employees. As far as telling everyone I looked so terrible because I was probably on drug and even tried to hit me with his car but I was told to put a smile on my face and treat him with respect he a paying customer. As employees we had to suck it up and deal with every paying customer no matter how they treated us or personal reasons but she had me leave because “she doesn’t like me hanging out up there” mind you I wasn’t up there longer than 40 mins and was enjoying the candy I paid for at the table with my son. I put my heart and soul into this store when I worked there and was fired for not staying professional when asking someone a man who was strung out on drugs yelling, cursing,and begging employees and customers for money. That store use to thrive and be so good, now it’s gone completely down hill I hope the new company Casey can turn that store back around!!!!

Fix the car wash purchase option at the pumps. The ONLY reason I go here is for the convenience of paying at the pump for the car wash. The past couple times it hasn't worked, so I've canceled and driven off. That's about $106 worth of gas I "would have" purchased there each time...and on top of that, the ultimate wash. I even went in and asked, and they looked at the screen and said that there was a communication error between the pumps and the car wash. Just an idea...fix it...reboot the system...call someone that knows how to fix it. This place was nice when it first opened, but has been going downhill lately.

Stopped to use the bathroom on a road trip. Definitely recommend; super clean restrooms, fully stocked with toilet seat covers, toilet papers, and paper towels. Coffee is very yummy; they had sausage biscuits and breakfast tacos as well. 10/10 recommend!

Gas pump didn't work. The workers appeared to be on drugs and couldn't understand what I was trying to explain. I saw a hot dog droppeed on the floor and quickly put back on the roller. So grosss!

Have to go inside to pay for gas because I am not a loyalty member nor do I want to be a loyalty member. Pressing cancel just incites you to put your loyalty number in.

Their employee Meagan needs to be told what the Florida law is when asking for ID on nicotine is! It says if the person looks younger then 30 you are to request an ID not damn near pushing 40! Mind you the same employee that had not ID him three days ago! When going with ID she still refused to sell us the cigarettes nor even let me purchase my gas helping the people behind me on the next register. When I requested her to contact her manager she refused. I will be contacting corporate and will be asking for her to be removed! We live right around the corner and we have always brought good abundance of business here with no problem. Meagan must go.

Got rid of Texas Pecan Fresh Joe coffee flavor and i literally went nearly every morning just for this one and the bourbon pecan is not good at all…. Sooo disappointing

I get an employee has to use the facilities and locks a gas station to accommodate that. But 20-30 mins is obviously an abuse to a break. You lock the door for your safety, I get it. But you have several cars waiting in the parking lot needing to get inside, one of which need gas or they won’t make it to their destination. I’m sorry but this is both the employee issue and a management issue. No one should ever be left alone to run a store at 11pm. Period. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! Store #5353

I will not be using this location due to the harassment and the slander i’ve witnessed today by a very unprofessional and immature employee by the name of Kaitlyn Gilliam. Not only did she gossip in front of plenty of other customers but directly insulted the girl’s appearance. Bullying is not okay and I feel actions should be taken !!
