I was very happy that Catos Crestview Florida had reopened!!! Catos Crestview always has a variety of clothes and a nice array of sizes. I have been shopping there for years and sometimes it has been friendly and sometimes not so much. I am very happy to report that I actually enjoy shopping there now, customer service is spot on!!! The ladies that work there are very nice. So many times when doing a review it is about something negative so I wanted to take the time to just thank the ladies for being so nice. You never know when a person needs just a little kindness. Kudos!!!

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Finally went in there for some tights after years of hearing great things about them. Ended up buying 3 pairs and some shape wear. Not only was the shape wear severely mislabeled, with the underwear being 2 different sizes then what was on the tag, one of the tights had a hold in them, and another of the pairs of tights barely fit even though the label said they were the right size.when I tried to return the tights, I was told no they don't take returns on tights, they blamed me for the hole, and made me buy a whole new pair that I just tried to put on and are also mislabeled in size. Never again.

Love this place and you can order your stuff and pick it up at the store. I needed shorts, when you live in Florida you definitely need plenty of shorts!The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We used to shop this store weekly, up until a year ago we stopped, the store manager and her associates were so rude and did not have ANY customer service or make is feel welcome and the store was not organized.so a friend told me the store was under ne New management and associates for the last couple months and this store is the most pleasant store to shop at with the most friendliest customer service employees in very clean and organized we are so happy now..
