I stopped by and made an appointment for them to come on 03/05/24 to measure one room for new flooring. The lady came out and measured and said she would be in touch with an estimate. I never heard back from them. I called today 03/15/24 to let them know I am gonna go with another company because it's been almost 2 weeks and have not heard back from them at all. The lady that took the call and my info sounded like she really didn't care that I would be going with another company.

Luke helped pick out carpet and measure for accurate amount. Will and Mathew installed the carpet, moved furniture and cleaned up. Very friendly and courteous.

Beware of the installer that this company uses named Chasen Dewey . Mother-in-law said he was never on time and always bad mouthing Bob Taylor Crestview. Mother-in-law was tired of hearing him and his helper complain about Bob Taylor and the management there and his personal issues about them not paying him enough money. We will not be using this company anymore or recommending them until they have some quality installers who look and act professional. Will use another company out of Fort Walton Beach to fix the issues that he blames on the material.

We had a great experience at Bob Taylor Carpet One Flooring. The ladies there are all very nice. Sylkia was above and beyond helpful. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. My back splash is beautiful. We will be back for more tile when we redo the bathroom. Thank you

Have used these folks half a dozen times or more and they never disappoint. They were on cost and on schedule and the installation was spot on. Sylkia Stewart has a wealth of knowledge and is a pleasure to work with. I will be using them again for use.

Super unprofessional. Just glad to know this BEFORE I started my flooring project. I scheduled an estimate and a floor measurement for my new home. I had to schedule this with the realtor as I am out of the country. I get a call this evening, less than 24 hours before the appointment and was told the original guy couldn't do it. That's fine with me. But then the guy who's taking over gets on the phone and condescendingly tells me that if I didn't have my materials picked out, there's no point in them coming by. He obviously didn't want my business anyway. I am stationed overseas and will be relocating in roughly 45 days. I don't know what materials they offer and that was something I was going to inquire about with the original person since I picked out 3-4 styles. But really, he's the expert and therefore, would guide which would look best and last the longest. This second guy I talked to was just a j**** I told him I would just keep looking for quotes and go with the other companies I contacted. And he just hung up. Seriously, I would rethink using this company!
