“I’ve lived here for a year and a half, and I have loved it here! It’s a quiet area, and the leasing office is amazing. Response time via text, email or phone call for any questions/concerns is practically immediate. Any maintenance needed is done quickly. They had to replace my AC unit and it was done in half the anticipated time. They are always improving the complex. I have stayed at other apartments in Crestview and this one is definitely at the top of my list.”

Every time I’ve submitted a request, the response has been incredibly prompt, professional, and courteous. Chris and Joe showed up almost immediately. Chris was very informative and continually offered solutions to keep my air vents clean and my ac running right. “I have lived at Katie Manor since 2018. Very large and spacious floorplans. The office staff is always there to help. The place is kept very Clean and well decorated. The pool is sparkling clean. Very fun activities.”
