Ann Teel Hatcher and the others here have always helped me with a smile. I've had 5 claims over the past 30 years. State Farm has actually been like a good neighbor to me.

Avoid this company if you want competent insurance service. An agent wrote home and auto policies for me. 2 weeks after the policies went into effect, State Farm (SF) cancelled the homeowner policy due to he potential of roof damage in the event of a storm. My house is custom built with the highest wind mitigation rating possible.2 weeks later, SF cancelled my 4 auto policies stating I hadn’t provided them with some very basic information. This information was never requested by the agent; I had no idea, and would gladly have provided the info… so again, I was completely blindsided. Additionally the agent spelled my name wrong on the policies. Bottom line, go to another agency in FWB, Destin, or Niceville if you want SF insurance.

Ms Hatcher is courteous but don’t even try. My experience was ok until they decided to terminate my auto insurance for filling claims. So I pay for insurance but get terminated for using it when I need it? I will definitely not recommend State Farm no more. Has better service with my previous insurance and better coverage. Do your shopping and heed my warning, they will terminate your insurance for using it.

I’ve had Insurance with State Farm for over 30 years (14ish with Teel Hatcher) and want to commend Yolanda in the Crestview office. She is very customer oriented, knowledgeable, and patient. She is simply a very pleasant person and a true State Farm asset!
