I can not stress the absolute calamity of the vet appointment I just had with my dog. He is a high stress anxious dog when it comes to the vet that has had several horrible experiences. He needs sedation for a nail trim. We normally go in with him to be sedated so he knows he is safe and then pick him up when he wakes up. Not today. Today they wanted to "try something new" and "do us a favor by squeezing us in" and told us to leave him there for several hours before he would be able to be sedated and seen. He had an 8 am appointment. Or so I thought. They didn't book him like normal and they only booked him for a drop off. They expected us to leave him there for hours on end locked in a kennel which he is already terified of and they would just squeeze him in somewhere. When i stated how traumatic and stressful that would be for him they said it's my fault for getting upset and he is just reacting to my energy. Complete and utter disrespect for his wellbeing and his anxiety being ignored. We will be finding a new vet ASAP.

Upon arrival we were welcomed and checked in by the friendliest front desk personnel ever! We waited only a few minutes before being escorted to an exam room. Dr. Pyle patiently answered all 2,000 of my questions. His assistant was so helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Checkout was smooth. The gentleman that showed us "out" made us feel like we were the most important clients of the day.

We carried our dog Cody to Animal Health Center today. His first appointment since moving to Crestview. We were very impressed. The facility was very clean and nice . The girls at the front desk were super nice and kind . Dr Pyle's vet tech , Rance , was great . He truly has a way with dogs. He had Cody calmed down in just minutes. Dr Pyle was very kind and had a pleasant bedside manner . He explained what he thought Cody needed and explained the course of treatment. We feel very lucky to have found a veterinary office of this caliber and based on our first visit we recommend Animal Health Center.
