Had a great experience working with Richard Drane! While searching for a vehicle to meet our needs we struggled until speaking with Richard. He was able to locate a couple of options for us and we were able to get the trim, options, and color for our new Suburban.

This is the first time I've enjoyed buying a car at a dealership. You normally run into pushy sales people that don't listen to you and try to make you buy things you don't actually want. I absolutely recommend Mike Prough if you stop by, he made the experience so easy. Pricing was very good, and very clear. No weird hidden fees at all. Can't recommend them enough.

> This is an "After the Sale" review to follow up my original "Sales Review" (below) as experience and opinion of this dealership has changed:
Having purchased my 2024 Silverado from Allen Turner Chevrolet, it was my plan to also use them for service and continue our relationship. Due to this service experience, my vehicle is at another Chevrolet dealership who will not be my preferred dealer. Issue was my driver side mirror lense flutters (is unstable) at highway speeds. Bad enough that you cannot clearly see out of it when driving. Short of it is, Allen Turner's Tech check it out, confirmed the lense flutter, and reported that all of the mounting components of the mirror appeared tight so there is no fix for it. I was then told I could call GM to report the issue. As you can imagine, that call was a complete waste of time. The next day I took it to another dealership and had to drop the vehicle off as they could not get to it immediately. The outcome now is that they have confirmed the flutter and cannot find any issue with how the mirror is mounted. Unlike the Service Advisor at Allen Turner, the Advisor at this dealership contacted GM. After a couple of conversation with them and sending the pictures and video of the mirror, a new mirror is on order, should be at the dealership tomorrow and will be replaced under warranty as soon as it arrives. Two things to point out:
1.) The only reason I dealt with Allen Turner Chevrolet originally was because of a salesperson I have followed for years. My relationship is with him, but would have stayed with Allen Turner for service if not for this experience. I found out where he is now and went there. Additionally, I was days away from ordering a new Tahoe. That order will now follow my salesperson.
2.) The two experiences prove that one dealership understands Customer Service and one does not. If you cannot handle little things like this after the sale, I have no reason to continue my business with you.

If you are considering the purchase of a new Chevrolet and you are anywhere near Crestview Florida, take the time to contact Allen Turner Chevrolet. More specifically, ask for Andy Seckler in the Sales Department. Unlike a lot of "Car Salespeople" in the industry who only understand the quick sale, Andy takes the time to understand what you want/need whether you buy that day or not. You can tell that he is focused on the customer relationship and repeat business from the customers he forms a relationship with. I have been involved with several purchases that involved Andy and plan to involve him on any future Chevrolet purchases that may arise.

This was the absolute easiest car buying experience that I have ever had. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Our salesman was so kind and thoughtful. He knew every answer to each question that my husband and I asked. I highly recommend Billy, as a car salesman. When we left, my husband told me that this was the first time that he had purchased a vehicle, and didn’t feel like he had a knife thrust into his back as he left. My husband and I are enjoying our new 2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer RS. We have had people actually chase us across the parking lot to inquire as to the color. Our answer is always, “Cacti Green, and we purchased it at Allen Turner Cheverolte, in Crestview, Florida!” Thanks for truly making us feel like part of the Cheverolte family!

Amazing Job! Richard Drane took care of me and my wife today. Walked in for vehicle maintenance on my 2021 Chevrolet Trail Boss and walked out with a 2024 Trail Boss and a 2024 Tahoe. This was an Amazing experience as always. This is my 5th transaction with the Crestview Allen Turner team and will not be the last. The Sales manager Justin Bendickson and the finance manager Danny Hawkins have always been honest and fast and it’s most appreciated. Thanks again.
