Staff is very friendly. Some items are tucked away and pretty well hidden but all of the reps are very knowledgeable as to what and where everything is which is better than the "whats a wingnut" answer I got at Lowes.

This Ace Hardware in Crestview is absolutely horrible. Air filters were marked $3.59 but the lady at the cash register charged me $7.99 She said they were put in the wrong place and wouldn't honor the shelf price, That means SOMEONE WAS TO DAMM LAZY TO DO THE JOB CORRECTLY.
