I did a large gun transfer with my father from out of state. Went by and spoke to Kaitlyn (always had an answer with no questioning) a couple times as I worked out details to bring by items and do required paperwork. Other dealers could not state federal requirements thus did not garner our business .When we finally came in she was able to quickly assist and get us on our way. My elder dad appreciated it. Plus they provided discount due to number of guns. Thanks Kaitlyn for making it painless. I’ll be back.

A few months ago I took in an AR-15 to have a 5.56 A2 bird cage removed and a Dead Air flash hider installed. I supplied an entire packet of shims. They used one shim and kept the old A2 bird cage and all of the unused shims. When I asked they couldn't locate the items and the sells rep didn't seem to care about my request. I thought no big deal, I probably won't use them anyway. Fast forward a few months, I had a Dead Air muzzle Break installed and the shims that came with the break didn't fit quite right so they charged me 12$ for a packet of different shims and they only used 2 shims out of the packet... The sells representative said the packet of shims they used was empty. I questioned the act of them charging me 12$ for two shims and again the sells rep didn't seem to care about the customers money or items. I'm just glad I have my suppressors and that I won't need any more help from them. I'll try Precision Tactical if I need any more gun smithing help. Overall though Crestview's customer service from small businesses is really bad.

Was in here a week or so ago a young lady help me find a handgun I was looking for a s&w 45 shield,and a young gentleman help me the rest of the way,did back ground check,got me a Holster,and a box of Ammo,plus a bonus to me a earn a gun at COST loyalty card.was out in 30 minutes. Thanks to all.?

All the employees are completely knowledgeable, super friendly and totally professional. I’m going on seventy years old, so I recognize excellent customer service. If you want an awesome gun buying or any other firearm or archery service, AA Tactical provides it, look no further. I purchased a firearm and didn’t have time to wait for the background check. Brittany took the time to text me when the check had cleared. I went back the next day and picked up my purchase from April which new exactly what the status was regarding my purchase.
