Didn't have all the parts I needed. Service staff didn't know much about the store. It was like they were dropped in by boat to fill the employee roll.

I was a faithful customer till the manger Niefty left . Just entered the store and not ONE WELCOME!then asked for my parts that I previously called to leave out for pickup and the young lady ASSUMED it must be the parts they received from the truck . I also have a account and that was to much for the young lady to look up .GOOD BYE AND GOOD RIDDANCEBACK TO AUTOZONE OR TILL THEY GET MANAGEMENT THAT KNOWS CUSTOMER SERVICE

We had an excellent experience at your CC store with Neftali! We drove our gas golf cart down to them to have its battery replaced and they were so kind and handy with the tools. They even let us come inside out of the rain with the cart!
