I love the new building they have and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I have been taken care of by both Gina and Summer, and they are great! I am looking forward to using their spa services very soon! Highly recommend this salon and stylists.
Requested style: Simple wash, dry, cut, and style. Was in and out in 30 minutes.

Electrolysis with Jordan
Jordan is such a delight, very knowledgeable & professional! I have been seeing her for several different things for over 4 years, like high frequency, facials, chemical peels, and now electrolysis. I've been doing electrolysis for getting rid of hair in an area, and the results are amazing!! It has been so worth doing and would highly recommend doing if you have unwanted hair in an area that you want to get rid of.

First if i could rate this place a 10 i would. Today I had a hair emergency. I mean hair fried and burned off. I ended up calling root 319 and they said they could look at my hair at 4:30 today but the moment they heard how upset i was over the phone the owner told me to come on in but wouldn't promise that they could fix it for me today. But once the owner Mrs Melissa seen the condition of my hair she was the one who took over right away with me.She was so kind and was able to fix my hair issues with in two hours. If I could recommend any hair salon. This is the one, all the staff are so kind and so helpful.

The young woman, Morgan that colors my hair is delightful. Quick w/the color application. Very conscious of not getting color on the hairline. The young women who rinsed my hair was also very kind and polite. It's difficult to go to new hair colorists, Morgan made me relax and enjoy my time there. Definitely would recommend Morgan!

I am beyond appreciative of Root 319 Salon & Spa. My 9 year old son has autism and I have struggled to keep his hair cut since this beginning often having to provide the cuts myself. Gina was beyond accommodating by allowing him to have the last appointment of the day, at closing, when the noise was at its lowest. She was very patient with him and communicated at his level to ensure he was comfortable with the process. I was able to call today and Alexis assisted us with scheduling appointments for all of 2024!

I have never been at a more welcoming, informative, professional and heartwarming place to get my self care done. Jordan is the absolute best and has made my skin feel like brand new ! ✨️ also, for fellow anxious girlies I cannot express enough to please please get a facial here. You will feel so relaxed when you get out!!
Also, Melissa and the whole team are so amazing with hair and they always ensure to go over every little detail and inform you on everything. They are also some of the sweetest people I have ever met. There are not enough words to describe how amazing these people are and how fantastic this place is. GO VISIT THEM !!

We are full time RVers and we like to stay in places that are a bit more remote and off the beaten path. This means often my usual self care can be seriously delayed. My birthday was this week and so my husby called here to get me an appointment for my hair color & facial. Let me tell y'all - I'm from the south and am so used to that kind of kindness and warmth and all the girls here have that down! I was here from 11:00 to almost 4:45 with my various services and the one thing I consistently noticed beyond the warmth and kindness was how much these ladies are "home" to a lot of folks in the community. Everyone knew everyone coming in whether they were their particular client or not and everyone again inquired about how each person was doing whether they were tending to them or not. I often miss home & here I felt immediately like I could've been back home being tended to. Now - beyond even all of that - my facial and brow wax/tint with Taylor? - pretty sure that was her name but forgive me if not, was so relaxing and perfect. Just what was needed. My hair - again forgive me - I think it was Madison? - oh y'all she was so attentive and cared so much that it turned out as I wanted. She was perfect and my hair after not having been done in forever looked stunning walking out of there. Very thankful to have found this spot and will be back! Also - I forgot to take pics but it's super cute on the inside and so spacious. Love this location and all things about this salon :)
