Tonight your professionalism really shined ! While on a call helping another woman at the gas station you finished that job and turned and noticed our hood open, you walked over and within 5 he diagnosed the issue. Pesky shift cable had complete broke. We told him thanks and we appreciate his help. He didn’t have to come over , and he could have led with pricing for his help. He did not. He just genuinely came over just to help us out, in the cold rain mind you. Thanks again buddy and I now have your business number saved !

This guy gave us amazing service after contacting AAA roadside assistance. He was the only person capable of starting our car after a computer glitch on our 2022 Lincoln Navigator. We spend 3-4 hours on the phone with our Lincoln concierge and the Lincoln dealership we purchased the car from to no avail. I’d highly recommend and would def use his services again. He’s knowledgeable and hard working! Thank you so much.

I have to say, Kevin was an absolute heaven send for me today! Not me causing a back up on 23rd St??♀️ during lunch hour and Kevin magically appeared out of thin air to rescue me. He was able to put my spare tire on in less than 30 seconds and was on his way! saved me from having to call a tow company let alone, inconvenience a friend or family member. This is the Absolute Best service!!

I had a dead battery while traveling and Rapid Unlocks came to my rescue. Not only did he arrive at our hotel quickly to jump my car, but he then followed me to the auto parts store to install a new battery for me! I am so grateful that he was the one AAA sent.
