We were stranded on vacation with our kids and nobody local could get the parts we needed for our van - the employees at O'Reilly's went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get back on the road! Went in with my old raggedy steering wheel cover. Told them none of the ones I bought were fitting. The told me to pick one off the shelf and they would be happy to put it on for me.
