Not very responsive. I got locked in one night because they have a faulty gate. Didn’t hear back from the text I sent for at least 4 hours, asking if I’d been able to get out. I moved out last week and a board was left in a unit. Said I could send someone to pick it up. Gate isn’t working for my code or just not working at all and I have texted repeatedly for the past 5 days with no response. Besides that it was fine. I had 4 units (because apparently I’m bad at Tetris) and the cost wasn’t bad. I got the units all via the website as I needed them, whether it was 8am or 9pm, it could all be done on the site.

I relocated into town and found this place via Google. Renee was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help out. Transactions were smooth, communication was great, and the overall experience was awesome. Units were clean, well kept, secure, and easy to access for renters. Highly recommended!

Very good storage center for outdoor trailer storage. Easy booking and payment, affordable, straightforward policies, honest practices. I appreciate this business for storing my 34ft camper trailer on their lot for about 2 years with no problems of any kind.
