I absolutely LOVE Crawfordville Pharmacy. The pharmacists and employees there are all incredibly nice and helpful. It NEVER takes long to get your prescriptions and when you call, you get an actual person and not a machine. It definitely feels more like a family business FOR families than the just another number like the bigger companies who are rude and it takes forever just to get an actual human. If you live close to Wakulla and need a good pharmacist I highly recommend that you use Crawfordville Pharmacy. Incredible people, incredible service!!

WALMART STYLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Prescription. I loved this pharmacy and have told countless people. Until today. I picked up 2 prescriptions and the co pay doubled. I asked the girl who was very nice and she said she would check. I said " let me step aside so you can take the next customer " .At this point all was well. There were 3 customers in the store and 4 working there so they cant use the " It was busy" excuse . Another person ( whom I said nothing to)became very aggressive and said " Oh no not today! I'm not putting up with it. " She yelled at me saying " it's a 90 day supply " this was false one was the other was not . I became annoyed and asked if she worked next door. Cvs. She said " No I work at Walmart" . That completely explained her behavior. Then the pharmacists chimed in and said " if you don't like it transfer your prescription " which I now will. If you want to be treated the same at your pharmacy as the employees treated you at Walmart..come here for your prescription. This person completely made a situation that was not necessary. The other girl was perfect and was giving the fine customer service we have all come to expect from a community pharmacy. This pharmacy as the Pharmacists Mrs Patel comments " if you don't like it transfer "and now have adapted to Walmart style customer service. P.s Hirim ( the owner) The public comment you made about (Mrs Boyd) in a another negative review about a wheelchair is a Hippa violation that you posted publicly.Is this your punishment for posting negative reviews? What can I expect all my prescriptions posted publicly? II have copied and sent it to CMS .

Amazing, competent, caring, kind, UNBELIEVABLY FAST, excellent price on items and I cannot say enough wonderful Godly things about this pharmacy that is now my families go to. Took my daughters scripts here on a Friday afternoon at 5pm and they were filled within 5 minutes (no exaggeration here). Absolutely love this pharmacy and really am impressed with the efficiency and compassion of the staff that works here. ♥️

Cheap prices and they had my presriptions ready before i got home from the doctor i would recommend trying them out I no longer go anywhere else .These people are great .

I love everything about this pharmacy! Without a doubt, the best pharmacy that Wakulla has! Any prescription is ready within 10-15 minutes of it being sent over. If they don’t have it, they immediately let me know!!
