Brought my truck in for tires, oil change, alignment, and fuel filters. Service seemed good. About 5000 miles later, my bearings go out. I bring the truck back in, and they say my brake pads are gone, and calipers are rubbing the rotors and ruined both. Obviously, it should have been replaced when we did alignment and tires, and would have saved calipers and rotors. Their guy could not admit it was a mistake, even though it clearly was. Now i have thousands more in repairs. I understand mistakes happen, but if you can't admit the obvious, you can't be trusted. I am towing my truck to another shop , as you can not trust these guys. I wasn't expecting a discount, just honesty.

2nd visit: the same two tires keep going flat. I asked for them to be rotated and normally when I take my truck to a shop for a tire rotation, balance and alignment I've received a printout from other shops. I'm not sure they rotated the tires or maybe they moved the rear tires to the front. This visit wasn't as good as the first visit, and honestly, I'm not sure I'll be returning. I asked for an oil change and there was no paperwork on that either. Maybe they do things differently at this shop, but hopefully, they start providing a printout on what all was done and what preventative maintenance will be needed.
1st visit: Made my appointment on Monday to get my bank 1 sensor 1 replaced, I dropped my truck off at 0730 and it was ready within 3.5 hrs. Daniel, was polite and kept me informed with the cost to replace it and called me when my truck was ready for pickup. Price was reasonable. I also asked at the last minute to have my oil changed. So far, I am very pleased with this repair shop.

The place is great. I had my own 4 new tires plus one off my truck to put on the spare. It was $125. $25 a tire. I'll be going back for an alignment in a couple of weeks. More I got to do to the truck 1st. But great place!!

Being a disabled veteran and I called him last week to make an appointment for this week they got me in right on time and the price is more than acceptable definitely recommend auto repair shop and tires

Crawfordvile Auto - buyer beware- Recent experience dropped my truck off for an alignment and oil change. Turns out it need $1900 for the work to be done. Picked up the truck paid and noticed the oil change sticker was the old one. Took the truck back, turns out the oil had not been changed - their solution - they can change the oil now. Cause oops they forgot or oops they got caught. I told them no thank you, the trust was breached - they didn’t do something and I figured it out- they refunded the exact amount of what the oil change would have cost. Then they gave the truck back with oil hand prints all over the inside and outside of the door. It just hurts that mechanic shops is something you have to have trust in and they breached that trust. Please be careful getting work done and verify that they didn’t skip over something little like the entire oil change. Maybe it’s just because I’m an old disabled vet with an old truck but I just don’t think anyone should be treated that way, especially in a small town by a local business. Everyone deserves good honest service, you shouldn’t have to mark your oil filter before getting an oil change.
Watch their parts mark up- they paid $57 for power steering pump and charged me $87 for parts. Refurbished Gear box I was charged $338 $281 at OReilly’s - just for parts.

Had my truck in their shop for nearly 2 weeks and I kept waiting to hear something on my truck I went in one day to ask them personally and the Daniel guy at the desk caught a attitude with me and didn’t tell me anything about my truck so eventually just had to call them and tell them I was picking my truck up and once I did pick up my truck the glove box was broken and everything I had in my truck was scattered around inside I wouldn’t recommend them unless you want more problems
