If I could post negative stars- I certainly would. I don’t normally post negative reviews- I just don’t patronize those businesses anymore. However- I feel consumers should be warned about their products and their service, or lack thereof. I purchased a disposable vape device that was defective and didn’t work at all. They would not switch it out or exchange the faulty product. They just happily took my $60. Never again.

My new go-to, since they have cheaper gas and better vape selection than any one near by. I go there at least twice a week and have never had anything but excellent prices and service.

This place will not get my money anymore. It’s fairly a new store so I wanted to give them a chance. They have sold me the wrong thing almost every time I have gone in there. I really wanted to give them a chance. It seems they do not know what they are doing or know the products. When I try to exchange something because I got the wrong thing they will not refund your money or exchange for something at the same value. Even with a receipt I just get asked to buy something else. Trusting them I have taken the product and left, this would be my fault. Sorry but there are more Vape shops in this county that are better. The other vape shops are more friendly and know their stuff. Money is tight these days so shop carefully and go where you are treated like family.
