My wife’s car was overheating on her way home late at night. Lucky this place was only a few miles away. Dropped it off and put keys in drop box. Called the next morning to explain what happened. Of course there very busy as all shops are.. I was communicated within a few hours. next morning they said there going to try and fit me in.. fixed us up and all is good within 48 hours. This is a stand up company and the price was great for the service. Note… they have no idea I have a fleet of work vans and they just got my services from here in out! Outstanding business and very professional….

I had them replace the engine mounts on my Ridgeline. The lady up front was wonderful. The mechanic, Mark, not so much.He replaced the engine mounts and didn't properly snap in the plastic cover on top of the engine. Then the truck ran rough and vibrated. Then an emissions fault light came up on the dash. I had it diagnosed at two other places. There is a vacuum leak and possibly a bad O2 sensor. These components must be removed to replace the engine mounts. Mark takes no blame. He also wanted for me to wait to bring it back in. I will never bring a vehicle there again.

I have been coming here for several years and they have always given me top notch service. Whether it's a simple oil change or something more involved, they have always taken care of me, been super transparent and called and explained what they can to me before doing something that will cost more than I expected, no nonsense, fair priced and just your general local crew that knows their stuff. I highly recommend them, be patient with them if it's not an emergency and get what you need scheduled and you will be very happy with their level of professionalism and ability to get it done.

Calloway helped me out of a jam while I was on vacation and totally unfamiliar with the area. The check engine light was on, which could be a serious matter. The closest Honda dealership was 35 miles away and couldn't guarantee to see me in time to get me sorted out by the end of our vacation, but Calloway saw me straight away, diagnosed the problem as a sensor failure that was not critical, and resolved my problem. They didn't even charge me. Can't thank them enough for their quick and authoritative support. A real life-saver!Service: General repairs & maintenance
