Even after years of using their services, they still continue to impress me with their abilities and customer service. I called to get an estimate for a rear differential. Instead of giving me the quote I asked for. I was told I need to bring my vehicle in for that information. I've already taking my vehicle to a Chrysler dealership I told them. If you can't give me something as simple as an estimate I asked for it. There is no way I'm giving you my business. This business might be great but you need someone else answering your phones. This person is running off potential customers

Called and asked for an estimate to replace ac compressor.. he said about a grand off the top of my head.I asked to give him my phone number and call me back with a better, accurate estimate.He said after he finishes his 20 cars ahead of me, that he's a one man shop and now he's on the phone, again about a grand.The price is great but his lack of assistance and customer service makes me feel like he's just to busy.People be careful with exhausted mechanics who are always stressed and in such a rush.I'll be going elsewhere, as I don't like $1000 estimates off the top of there head.. when they're done, it'll be $2000

Excellent customer service! Neil was very friendly and was able to diagnose and fix the issue I was having with my truck very quickly. Service ended up being free of charge because it was such an easy/quick fix. Can't argue with that!

My first experience with this mechanic has been excellent. They were able to look at my van the day I called and had it done within a day after I authorized the repair. The price was less than average according to my google search. I was so blessed when auto parts opened for business. I have been going to Keith since and I always get the best service. Keith is a straight shooter. He will be up front and honest. I know I would rather have a direct approach to the best way to get the job done and done correctly. He has never steered me wrong. It’s wonderful for a older woman who has no knowledge of cars to have a trusted and top of their game mechanic work on there car. I always take Keith’s advice because I know he has me, his customers best interest always!! You will get top of the line service at affordable prices. He will give you options if there are options available. Bottom line go to Auto pros you will be in the best hands and will feel like you made the best decision after!! Thank you!!
