“Today my dad and I needed my battery checked and when I walked in to the store it was busy and I found Richie in the back putting away shipment . I asked him if he could help us since the store was a little busy and he stopped what he was doing to help us Not only was Richie helpful but he was knowledgeable . He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it . He answered all my questions and let me know I can come back to get my check in a few days to make sure I didn’t need to change the alternator since it didn’t pass the test . I appreciate Richie for going over and beyond and not brushing me off like most people would do and it made a real difference in my experience and in my day .”

“I am so greatfull! Thank you Courtney and Joe, so so so much. Check engine light came on this morning, stressed searching for someone to diagnose my car but quotes were pricey. Found out Autozone does it for free. I went in and was immediately tended to by Joe, who was so kind to start the process. Courtney came out to find out what the problem was too and together we all replaced the battery that was on warranty and tested a couple more things together. Check engine light is gone and they gave me a print out on a part that came up on code. Super happy I came here and they came to the rescue!”
