Found via google search and relied on reviews to visit for oil change. It was efficient and quick. Price was lower than Honda and other oil change places. I observed their interactions with other customers while waiting, in person and over the phone and they looked caring. Very decent people. Love to support small business, will be coming for oil change and any car issue for advice.

After receiving conflicting diagnoses (and prices) about a noise coming from our car from 2 other entities, we followed a relative's suggestion to try Zippy Lube. We were 100% impressed. Yosi provided a detailed and practical summary while we waited, and explained everything thoroughly and patiently. The price was reasonable and the work was completed the same day. Oh, and the car runs great, with no noise! We added wiper blades and an oil change because we felt so comfortable with this place and these technicians. There is an intangible here as well that's hard to explain. It's the kind of unpretentious neighborhood/community-involved place that I could easily picture my dad working in - good, honest people and quality work that speaks for itself. You get the feeling that customers are remembered and appreciated, never just a number. Thank you all. We will definitely be back.

My first time for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was quick. I appreciate that during the tire rotation the nail in my tire was found and repaired . I was going out of town. For a busy person like me, I appreciate the attention to detail. Also, I recently started searching for neighborhood business to offer my loyalty. I was very pleased. I found the prices comparable to the market. Having worked and trained by a world leader in automotive. I give it a 5 star. I will be sure to review my 2nd visit.
