You cannot beat the personalized service. You always reach someone that is knowledgeable and helpful. I have a unique situation with a daughter that goes to school up north . She does not have her car but they suggested turning off the unneeded coverages I have unless she is visiting and has saved me some money while also knowing when to turn back on the coverages. Monika is very thorough and I highly recommend this agency. ...Monika recently went above and beyond over a weekend while she was off. Progressive was not being helpful at all and said they could not fix my issue for 5 days. It took Monika 5 minutes. This is the personalized service people need.

I had coverage through Your Florida Insurance for a year for my mobile detailing company. I have all the paperwork that shows that my coverage was to cover any car I detail in case of an accident. I received a call from Monika about a week ago informing me that there was an issue with my coverage and that she would be putting together a new policy for my review. I asked what she was referring to and she said that they found gaps in the coverage. I decided to wait for her email before asking any other questions. Yesterday, she finally sent me this new policy to review and it was TRIPLE the cost of what I was currently paying. I immediately called to find out what exactly was not covered in my current policy that she was recommending this one. I was then informed that they were mistaken and that the current policy I had, the one I have been paying for ALL YEAR does not cover any car that I detail or accidental damages. She proceeded to tell me that they were misled by the insurance company and only now reviewed the terms. Unacceptable! Monika could not answer any of my MANY questions so she put Bonnie, the owner, on the phone. Bonnie was completely unprofessional and rude! For over a year, I have paid for a coverage that I was not provided. This is not only unethical, it is fraudulent! Bonnie stated that a refund would not be issued for the false policy we were given and stated that it was an error that they only now caught. Thank GOD I did not have a situation in which I needed to use my insurance. BEWARE! This company is a SCAM!

I must preface that I'm not an insurance agent person. I usually get my policies direct from the company itself. My thought was that using an agent was more expensive. I was wrong. I met with the owner, Bonnie. She writes everything but I had her shop my auto insurance for me. I nearly fell on the floor when she saved me nearly $70/month. Yes 7-0 with Progressive!!! I was so impressed I told my boyfriend to get a quote from her and she also saved him money. Additionally, I referred a friend who needed renter's and homeowners insurance. Bonnie was great at follow up and her rates with A rated companies were the best. If you're looking to save $$$ get a quote from Bonnie.
