“The Kohl’s in Margate, FL is truly amazing, staffed with incredibly passionate and customer service oriented associates! I have to say, my experience was amazing, all thanks to staff like someone working the front whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, as well as both Vicky and Victoria.
When I walked in, Vicky at customer service was super friendly and incredibly helpful. She gave me some great tips about the Kohl’s card and explained how to get the most out of it. Plus, she helped me find my way around the store and made my returns and exchanges a breeze. Vicky also took the time to explain why some sales vary, mentioning factors like the time of year, location, and efforts to clear out inventory. It was really insightful!
Then, there was Victoria, who assisted me while I was shopping and at checkout. She was fantastic – always ready to help with a smile and made the whole process so easy. Victoria’s cheerful and attentive approach truly made my visit enjoyable.
This was my first time at this Kohl’s, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thanks to Vicky and Victoria's outstanding customer service, I’ll definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this Kohl’s to anyone looking for great products and even better service!”
“Found a beautiful last minute dress for the wife at an amazing price. If she wears it once it’s still worth it but generally speaking I could not tell the difference between a $150 Windsor dress and a $300+ dress from anywhere else we looked. And the customer service was amazing. Very pleasantly surprised by Sara and her friendly staff. Well done!”

“I don't buy clothes often, but when I do I shop at Old Navy every two to three years. I bought four pairs of shirts - two T-shirts, one long-sleeve and a button down. Overall pleasant shopping experience with finding styles that appeal to me and the fitting room is accessible. Plenty of other items in season and in stock. I also appreciate the discounts on select products.”

“The first stop looking for my daughter's prom dress turned out to be the only stop. We were lucky to have Mia help us and she was very knowledgable throughout the process. When my daughter was between two different dresses, she encouraged her to try them on again (which is where the decision was made). This being said, we will need alterations done by the seamstress they use so hopefully our experience will remain a great one. Thank you for an easy process.”

“Vans are a shoe that are times, from my youth off the wall skateboard shoes are my favorite shoes if I’m not on the boat vans are on my feet. Kids love them I still love them and I know I’m not getting some knock off on line . Town center mall if I must go to the mall I will definitely go here and see what’s new ( or pick up my go to half cabs last forever and great to skate board in ) my all time favorite shoe . ( for sneakers never goes out of style imo ) tuff lasting and comfortable .had like to see what’s new . Been in vans for decades . “The two guys who helped me build my board with speed and helped me build what looks like a perfect board for any level and the vibe was great! I should have caught the two guys names but the blonde guy and the brown haired guy were fantastic and definitely loved what they did! I would recommend this location to a beginner for sure. “today, i went into victoria’s secret needing quite a bit of personal help. when i walked in, Rosie was organizing one of the bins and i politely asked her if she would be so kind as to size me because the bra i am wearing has a bit of room in the cup & i wasn’t sure if i was wearing the right size or not. Rosie not only sized me, she went out of her way to find me bras that would fit my specific needs, as my size is not a typical one. in my opinion, she went above & beyond to make sure that i found something that made me feel good & look even better. i loved her care and attention & how knowledgeable she was about what would fit, look and feel the best ! “The pricing of cologne is a bit overpriced that what you find online but if you are in a hurry and can't or don't want to risk getting a knockoff cologne it is perfect to go. I could not find the cologne I was looking for because they said it was too expensive. However the cologne was online for 100$”

There were few clothing fitting rooms enabled, the mega queue to be able to measure clothes in only 3 fitting rooms, was what I didn't understand and the manager told me that it was that she didn't have keys to open the other fitting rooms, that was what I didn't like, rest well.”
