Two years of going to this place since I’ve moved here , I’ve finally reached my breaking point .. I have never been happy or satisfied. Absolutely the worst. The receptionist is more willing to fix the flaws that you’re unhappy with than the actual techs. From not properly removing my callus and leaving me to walk out with dirt on my feet … to agreeing to fix the shape of my acrylics when they’re done to actually never fixing it before allowing me to leave the salon. I’m so done with this place. I’ve tried almost 5 different nail techs & trust me when I say all sucked.. from a girly who has been doing her nails for 15+ years. Don’t waste your time &/money.

I have been going there to the Winn Nails for about 4 years, but the last 3 months the service had been horrible! I have a good technician her name is Tina, but I couldn’t make apps. w her online, because she’ll never available… very weird!! I tried so many times to call and make app. w her… nope!! No good customer Service! No consideration ! They don’t care! I don’t know if I’m going back for this place anymore.

Cleanliness: Very very clean. Opened a new pack of tools for me right in front of my eyes! Very pristine environment with reasonable price!

I don’t think I’ve ever cried after a mani pedi until now. I’d come to Winn years earlier and had good service, have even recommended them to people. Came back recently for a wedding and had a horrible experience (and paid a LOT of money for it!)
[TLDR; started and ended late so I basically had to share my appt with two other customers, tech flirted with me uncomfortably, they charged me extra for a service I did not ask for (nor did they fully provide), toenail shape was bad, finger nails were filed down to square stumps, dremel destroyed my nail beds and I was refused antiseptic, left bleeding and covered in gel and dip]
My pedicure started 30 min later than my appt time, which I was mostly okay with. But it was downhill from there. My big toenails were cut down too far (almost to the quick) and at a slant, which I didn’t like at all. There had been plenty of length to work with, a pro should know better! My tech was TOO friendly, making comments on my appearance and my singleness, joking about taking me out. When I looked uncomfortable, he laughed and told me “don’t be shy.” Mind you, he’s doing this while simultaneously cutting my foot cuticles etc.
Then he tried to upsell me on dip for my fingers, which I never agreed to. Said it was better for my nails, partially because of less UV time. I asked if they had my color, they never found it. When I moved to the manicure table he suddenly started dipping my fingers in a base coat, which I was shocked by as I NEVER AGREED TO IT and THEY DID NOT FIND MY COLOR. Then the dremel tool came out and he destroyed my nail beds, cutting me in several places. I asked for the antiseptic stuff, he said “it’s fine” and did nothing. Normally a tech asks about shape, but any length I had on my nails got roughly sanded down into a stumpy flat square, which I HATE. I am in shock at this point and trying to hold it together. He comments on my rough fingers, which are rough because they were SLOPPILY COVERED IN SPOTS OF DIP that I had to tearfully scrub off at Target after my appointment. THEN HE COVERS THE DIP IN THE GEL POLISH I WANTED ORIGINALLY, so I don’t even get the benefits he mentioned. I am charged $7 extra for the privilege of having ugly square nails, thick with a dip base covered in gel, and red, bleeding, raw nail beds that stung for days after. My fingers also have smears of the gel polish on them that I didn’t notice until the swelling went down. Had to remove later in my hotel room.
My appointment runs 45 minutes over, and by the end of the manicure he is rushing between me and his next customer in the pedicure chair. I again don’t get the antiseptic I asked for, I don’t even get lotion or anything. You’re paying luxury prices (more than I pay in NYC!), it should be a luxury service.
I wish I had said something in the moment but I was so shocked and upset the entire time that I kind of froze, which is on me. And then I ran away to crying the Target bathroom instead of going back to address it directly, also on me. Even still, this NEVER should have happened in the first place. Extremely upset and disappointed in my service.

I went in for regular manicure, the gentleman Michael I believe was his name did my nails and cut my cuticles to short they where bleeding on two fingers so painful. Didn't even say sorry. The young man at the front who I paid told me if you're still having problems let us know... It's been 3 days looks infected... Not to mention $20 plus a 5 dollar tip for a regular manicure is kind of pricey especially when they cut you and don't do a good job.... Very disappointed I won't be going back or recommending this to anyone.

My daughter sees Tina. She has tried many salons and after many fails or being charged a ridiculous amount she found Tina and will now only let her do her nails!

I have been using Henry for years. He does amazing job. I asked him for cat eyes and they came out perfect. Always friendly. Highly recommend.

Had a major issue at the salon yesterday, in which red nail polish that had not been closed correctly by tech, leaked all over me and my brand new handbag destroying it- while waiting 30 minutes for pedicures for my daughter and me. Without getting into all the details, the owner who had been upfront, ran and hid out back after this happened and refused to come out and speak to me. I asked many times for her to come, and was consistently told she was either with a client or would do absolutely nothing about it. I told them I would sit and wait.Multiple times the young gentleman who runs the front register told me she would do nothing, knowing her. I said that it was such bad business to not come speak to a client. He went back twice to try and speak to her. During this time multiple clients commented to me that they couldn’t believe she would not come out.Long story short, you can’t own a business and have something happen to a client and hide in the back when something goes wrong. The poor young man at the front didn’t know what to do As he visibly ran to the back office-not to her and a client-trying to fix the situation. Just know if something goes wrong here you will never see the owner. She willhappily with greed take your money but cowardly hide and refuse to show her face if something goes wrong. I feel sorry for the hard working techs. Never again.And one star because zero isn’t an option.

Yesterday morning I came to do wax for my hands and to do my nails. The service was very unprofessional! The lady was very aggressive and in a hurry. She pulled the wax sheet off not continuously and it became loose from her hand several times and the pain was intense. It left a bleeding mark on my hand. For my nails she didn't even let the material dry and the results were that after one shower and less than 12 hours the nail polish has already peeled off. I immediately complained to them but still I was asked to pay full price for this unprofessional and unattractive work. I will not return to this place!
