If I could rate it less than one star, I would. The worst WF that I've even been to. Only one teller and he's slow. Asked the other agents for additional help cause the line is very long and they ignored me while flaunting their ugly skirts. Wasted a whole hour lunch on something that typically takes no more than 5 mins anywhere else

The teller that helped me out today, Alan, was an absolute pleasure. top class customer service and helped me get what I needed done very quickly and professionally. will use this branch as my primary going forward.

Be very careful at this bank. They pull funny tactics when you have your money here. Despite calling ahead to use your own money in a checking account they restrict you from access. Very scary. Not talking about credit cards. Debit cards with money in them only allow certain amount to use daily. You have been warned. Gwen will try to justify it and sell you a higher product instead of fixing the issue at hand. Very shady. Truist has better terms and limits on accounts. I have given this bank numerous chances. I’m a 800 beacon score credit rating with zero debt. Fighting them for increased credit limits on credit cards etc. Not a new account too. Never had a late payment, never a blemish on any of my accounts. They treat you like dirt unless you keep $250,000 in an account which makes zero sense. They also harass you on the phone to sell you loans when they can’t fix the exiting problems at this branch. There is usually only 1 teller. You will wait in line for a while often. Magically the ATM is always in service so you can’t withdrawal or deposit your own money.

We’ll you folks never seem to amaze. You promised that I should have an email with a copy of a check on Friday, and I’m still waiting. You also promised a call about investing a substantial amount of money and I’m still waiting. This is Wednesday no call, no check copy. SMH. Unbelievable. This tread should go on Google reviews. Oh it did.

Slowwww slow SLOW. Wouldn't even comment anything negative normally but it's just every single TIME. If there are even 3 ppl in line expect to spend an hour there. There are 4 ppl minimum behind the desk with drive thru lines vacant yet only one very slow teller. Coming from a person of much patience heed this warning. This place is no more than an ATM.

Stopped in here today for a quick transaction. I'm always greeted by a friendly person in the bank. I had to get a money order and there wasn't any line, I was helped right away. I rarely have to wait in a line at this bank. It's located in a Publix plaza that has a wide variety of restaurants and other services. There is no drive through but they do have a drive up ATM

I just had the absolute worst experience here. I dealt with the French speaking male banker and he was extremely unhelpful and talked in circles. I am currently in the process of leaving this bank with whom I have several accounts including a business account that has over $40,000 put through monthly. I can't believe they would throw away an account like mine due to fraud.

Never thought I'd see the day when I'd be writing a five-star review for the bank I love to hate. Having experienced firsthand many of the shady business practices that were eventually brought to light during the federal investigation, the only thing that actually surprised me, was how long it took for the faecal matter to make contact with the rotating turbine. A lot has changed since the merger. The tellers are no longer required to solicit to clients, which means transactions happen faster. This lends itself to an experience that is a lot less awkward--for everyone--and lines that seldom exist.
