The manager of this branch is more lost with a simple deposit, they should put a qualified person in that position

I have done my banking here many times, was always satisfied especially when Miss Brittany was working there, things changed, people are not helpful as they use to be.. lost its customer service touch, did not feel welcome, felt as though they were doing me a favor. Very disappointing.

Walked into this branch to open an account for my son. They had ZERO (0) people waiting for a banker. One customer was at teller window and an elderly couple was with a banker for a total of 5 customers inside wich included us. A banker approached and asked if she could help. I informed her that I wanted to open an account for my son. Her reply to me was that due to "covid" I needed to make an appointment (bank was completely empty). I looked around at the empty bank and said I will just take my business elsewhere!.PS, the reason I went to this branch in the first place was because another Branch (mcnab & university) recommended it because their wait time was over an hour or more to open a new account they stated that this store is always slow and would be able to take walk-ins without an appointment.Side Note: I have been with Wells Fargo since it was First Union 35 years ago. Sad how they have fallen. I went to Chase and although it was packed (Line to the door) a banker made me wait 5 minutes and was very nice and professional. They earned my sons business.Wells Fargo chose the poor excuse of covid over a potential life long client..

Had a bad experience with a new lady banker there who thoroughly screwed up my account, and I had to call corporate for them to straighten it out. Otherwise the manager was very nice just that one lady that I filed the corporate complaint on but I will be going to a different branch and changing Banks based on that bad experience

In my opinion Wells fargo is one of the worst banks out there. We have been a business customer of theirs for 20 years and they still treat us poorly. I could go on for hours about the poor customer service and Inept back office Support we have received over the past 3 to 5 years but instead I will list the highlights. 1. WF was a complete failure helping us obtain PPP funding. We were one of the very first to apply and we still have not been approved nor funded. We have great personal credit and, like I said, a 20 year track record with this bank, and yet no results. When Congress ran out of funding the first time we were told by several different departments in the bank, as well as department heads, that we were "next" and that as soon as funding was approved by Congress for the second round we would be processed. Today I received a letter that that is not true and that Congress has run out of funding a second time while we still remain on the sidelines. We have not even been processed! 2. Recently WF has made it difficult for us to deposit checks from our various insurance payers. I dealt directly with the branch manager, Danielle Smith, at Coral springs and she told me she could not, would not help. I had to go around her to resolve that one with a temporary fix from elsewhere in the bank. 3. They have allowed our previous partner access to our accounts long after the party was removed from the account and we put Wells fargo on notice that they should cease and desist immediately. That issue has since been resolved, however it took us months to get their attention. Like I said, I could go on for hours, however these are my top three of late. My recommendation is that you avoid this bank like the plague and Bank elsewhere. I am going to go local Once the COVID-19 bans are lifted.

I owe a friend, who lives a two hour round trip drive away $200. He suggested I go to his bank and deposit the money in his account rather than driving it to him.

This review is not for Wells Fargo Bank as a whole; Rather, a review of this specific location. On August 11, 2018 at 1245 PM, I called the bank to see if they could provide service for a signature guarantee. I was transferred to the manager, Johan Rubio, who stated I should go to the bank and show him the actual document so he could make the judgement. When I arrived less than 15 minutes later (12:55 PM), the bank was empty except for 1 person at the counter and 1 person speaking with another representative. The person who greeted me was unsure about whether she could help me, so she deferred to her manager, Mr. Rubio. He did not know the answer and deferred to the representative who was in deep conversation with business with another customer. I waited over 55 minutes to speak to her. During this time,

You're better off calling the 1-800 numbers. The employees working here are good at picking their boogers and not apologizing. Even if they Wanted to help, they are too shackled by corporate-mandated "admin access. " They are powerless to help you beyond a simple transaction & have to call HQ or an outsourced center in another continent. "When things go wrong, you learn who your friends are real quick." And these people don't act friendly anymore after you've signed up for the account. Google search: "lawsuits wells fargo" They created millions of fake accounts. The culture in this company is rotten to the core. Recommend the UI/UX designers of the Wells Fargo app replicate the success of BoA's app. Very user-friendly.
