Amy at the Pharmacy went above and beyond last Sunday. I had gone to a competitor pharmacy the night before after a visit to an urgent care. They went to fill all my meds with my insurance info, but insisted that one med wasn't covered and would be close to $300 to fill. I started looking for coupons to use without the insurance because i couldn't afford the highbr rate and needed the medicine. It seemed.with the coupon Walmart was significantly lower than the competitors. Enter Amy. She took the time to also run insurance because the amount I was quoted at the other pharmacy didn't seem right to her.so she took my info and ran it just in case. It turns out the competitor must have run that medication wrong on my insurance because when Amy ran it, my copay was only $10. I think Amy at the Turtle creek coral springs pharmacy location should be recognized for a job well done. I appreciate her taking the time and being thorough.I would highly recommend using this pharmacy as long as Amy is working there..

This is the worst customer service experience I have had with Walmart to date. I ordered and paid for groceries last night and set up pick up for this afternoon. After waiting 1 hour in my car I left without groceries. This is after the app message checking in and two visits in the store to tell them I was outside waiting. I was told by the staff to go to my car (rude). Needless to say I requested a full refund. I will not be using Walmart for this service any longer . The employees were rude and incompetent.

Pharmacy just closes whenever it wants... scheduled to close at 9 I show up at 7 to pick up my prescriptions and it was bordered up. The only pharmacy tech left doing inventory in the isles just shrugged.. it's a Tuesday....

Always the only place in WalMart where the employees are happy. Jen needs her own reality tv show.

Waiting for a pickup for over an hour, tried to contact the number they give you and no one picks up. Try to call the store it self and no one answers that either. This is the second time I've run into this. I don't know why there is such poor customer service but this is unacceptable. Try to ask for help and basically ignored by one of the guys. Now the guy that's out here went back in with no signs of coming back out. Will not be using this Wal-Mart again for pickup.

And over 24 hours later my order is ready for pick up. This is ridiculous. Now I'm on the phone again with ur slow customer service who doesn't even understand what's going on.

Not all Walmart's are created equally! If I could give negative starts I would! This location is literally 5min from my house, that is the last time I shop here! I went to the Coral Springs location and had a wonderful experience. The employees took the time to help find items and were super friendly. I will drive out of my way for customer service.

I love this Walmart. I've been coming here for years for grocery, pharmacy, and photo. Since I have a newborn and a toddler, I'm urrently loving groceries delivery.

I only go here if I need something quickly . Other than that I prefer the location in Parkland ! They should just get rid of all the cashiers and leave it at self checkout ! Tired of the old cashiers too slow and get an attitude if you are tired of waiting, plus they always keep double scanning products !

They spilled a gallon of corrosive product (drain cleaner) all over my groceries and in the trunk of my car. Not only a poison cleaning product but also corrosive that instantly damaged all food, cartons, boxes... Imagine how it will damage my car in a day or two. Called walmart corporate that said they couldn't contact this branch (coconut creek) ao I couldn't get a refund until I was contacted by the manager and I had to wait. The reality is that I am going to sue walmart if my car start oxidating on the next days. Since the beginning the guy was extremely weird, asked for id (which I showed but asked him not to touch due to covid) then he got all weird about it and started making me questions as when I was born and so on. I felt like in a police station after committing a crime. What he expected? That I was someone stealing $100 bucks in vegetables inside a car with 450hp? Worst experience I had ever in my life. Not to mention the fact I am now with my husband touching this product in each and every plastic bag and item, stressed and cleaning the car while pregnant, which is definitely bad for the baby in so many ways. Thanks for nothing Walmart!

Worst Walmart in history. Terrible customer service. Limited every day items. Rude cashiers. I don't like leaving poor reviews but I have absolutely nothing good to report. They have allot of work to do as far as team building and management skill training. If there was a zero for stars I'd use it. I will never come back to this Walmart. I'd much rather travel to Coral Springs Drive and get great service.
