Tonight was my second visit to this Walgreens store to pick up prescriptions for my 91 year old mother. The service was fast and accurate. The pharmacy technicians on both occasions demonstrated great training by providing excellent services when the clinic called the prescription to the wrong location both times. They were expeditious transferring the prescriptions so I didn’t have to drive to another store. All this was done in less than 15 minutes from my arrival both times.

Staff is not unpleasant, but those medals hanging on the wall are definitely not for winning any races. Ridiculous wait times. It’s always “10 minutes.” 30 minutes later… they still haven’t even filled your prescription after you waited in line AGAIN. Always out of stock on basic medications and dosages. Understaffed.

I am a provider, I have a patient who speaks Spanish, and she was told, I did not sent sent any medication, I personally called the pharmacy, and the pharmacist told me that since the patient did not speak English, they could not help her. , and she has to find someone who speak English. This type of response is frustrating for a patient, when there are many methods of communication or how to identify a patient. There is no empathy or cultural competence in the answers the pharmacist gave me. I feel very sorry for the patients who do not speak English and who live in that area, it is a shame, not being able to put yourself in the patient's shoes.

This comment is especially for a person who according to her is called "Simone", (dark hair, speaks Spanish and has glasses, was wearing a dark gray sweater at 7:50pm today 12/13/23) I have been many times to this Walgreens and the first time that they serve me this badly, in general they are very friendly, but this lady was super rude and did not greet me when I arrived or when I paid, I bought some pills and chocolates from Venezuelan brands that they have at a stand and not all of them have the price listed, therefore when I told him to tell me the price of the chocolate, Carre made a bad gesture, I told him that I would not take one of the chocolates and he made the gesture AGAIN, and finally when he was going to pay, I told her that I wanted to use the discount coupon (which they always give when making a purchase, for the first time it occurred to me to use it) and the young lady made THE GESTURE ONE MORE TIME, and turned to look at the other man who was standing there. back, which seemed extremely RUDE on his part and I told him, what's the matter, why are you making that gesture and he said "for nothing" but I told him for nothing, I don't know that you do it for some reason, I imagine it's because you used the coupon. (which he didn't even discount, long live her) and I told him if I want to use a coupon I use it for that reason they exist to be used, and he said that supposedly it was taking me but if you can count the minutes you would realize that it doesn't last more than 5 minutes at the checkout, so I told her "I'm sorry, you should be kinder, and you don't know how to be customer service, because I have the right and if they don't have the prices posted with more reason, I need to ask, that girl does NOT know how to be customer service." , and it's a shame that THEY DISCRIMINATE OTHERS FOR NOT HAVING MORE MONEY OR FOR USING A COUPON, what an injustice, it seems SUPER RUDE AND RUDE, I BELIEVE THAT ABOVE ALL, ANY HUMAN BEING DESERVES RESPECT, MISS MORE HUMILITY PLEASE, AND NO TO DISCRIMINATION!!! Thank you. I hope they can do something with that girl, it's the first time someone has treated me like that at this Walgreens! This comment is especially for a person who according to her is called "Simone", (dark hair, speaks Spanish and has glasses, was wearing a dark gray sweater at 7:50pm today 12/13/23) I have been many times to this Walgreens and the first time that they served me this badly, in general they are very friendly, but this lady was super rude and did not greet me when I arrived or when I paid, I bought some pills and chocolates from Venezuelan brands that they have at a stand and not all of them have the price listed, therefore when I told him to tell me the price of the chocolate, Carre made a bad gesture, I told him that I would not take one of the chocolates and he made the gesture AGAIN, and finally when he was going to pay, I told her that I wanted to use the discount coupon (which they always give when making a purchase, for the first time it occurred to me to use it) and the young lady made THE GESTURE ONE MORE TIME, and turned to look at the other man who was standing there. back, which seemed extremely RUDE on his part and I told him, what's the matter, why are you making that gesture and he said "for nothing" but I told him for nothing, I don't know that you do it for some reason , I imagine it's because you used the coupon. A few years ago, my husband and I went to Walgreens. We were looking for a sleeping aid (Zzzquil). My husband's first language is Spanish, so he needed to learn how to pronounce the product's name. To our surprise, the "young lady" and Afro-American women started "laughing" about my husband's mispronunciation with another employee; they realized I was behind them. After a while, I went there again to buy some stuff and found her in a "Management" position. What's the point? Walgreens should always make sure that their employees are capable of being professional, respectful, and non-discriminatory policy to anybody, mainly because they are a big company, and this type of situation could end in serious legal trouble and ruin their image, just saying.

They should close this Walgreens - managed very poorly, repeated bad experiences at Pharmacy but so many mislabeled items and incorrect pricing mistakes. Just be sure to double-check what you’re paying for if you go there.

This store has the rudest employees. I have ever experienced in a Walgreens. I didn’t have my wallet so I went back home to grab my ID for a pack of cigarettes because they wouldn’t accept a pic of my ID. Fine, I go back homeAnd get my wallet to show proper ID. The associate I originally went to had a sarcastic attitude when I showed her I had my ID then talking badly about me to her coworker behind the counter while I’m paying for my stuff as if I couldn’t hear her. Come to find out she’s a supervisor. Low class, ghetto management I tell you.
