I love going here and seeing Becky. She takes the time to understand how you want your hair . Not only does she listen but goes out of her way to find similar looks to make sure what you chose is actually what you love. You can’t go wrong with her natural talent. She’s amazing at coloring to perfection and a beautiful cut.

Saw Juliana today for a blow dry. Last couple visits, my shampoo/condition has lended to a knotty mess that took 2 people to brush out. I explained this to her on arrival and not only did she listen, she walked back and made sure that the RIGHT products were used for my long, curly hair. The experience was a complete 360 from the last and I will use her from here forward. It’s the little things that make a client’s visit worthy of coming back.

Today is January 23, 2024 and my wife has been going to this salon even before it was called this name and because my wife had to call back a few times to verify appt the woman with dark hair had to be rude I would think answering a salons phone would be not difficult but apparently it is for this person but if you cannot handle your job without being rude to loyal clients then go get another job if there’s one you could handle that was extremely nonprofessional you don’t ever know what a person is going through and to be rude like that to a loyal client for that’s been going there for damn near 20 years. You shouldn’t even have that job still just because of that, I don’t care what anybody else thinks if you couldn’t handle answering the phone without being rude to my wife, then go work somewhere else

Shannon Perry is the best nail tech in the state of Florida. She has done miracles on my nails. My nails are healthy and strong. Oh and lets not forget about the polishes she uses they are the best. I always get complements on my nails and feet. I had never been to the W Salon until Shannon started working there, now I'm there every two weeks. Wherever she goes I will follow. Love you Girl!

Scott does my hair, coloring, cut and style! It is always a very pleasing experience! Mary washes and massages my scalp. It is a major spa experience and very relaxing! The whole atmosphere from the entrance to the exit and in between is wonderful , helpful and positive! I always look forward to my appointment!

From the initial phone call that I received regarding my email to set-up my appointment (1st Time), to the welcome receptionist & Jennifer who was the stylist who cut my hair, each & everyone one them were cordial, professional. Jennifer was easy to hold a conversation with & I definitely see myself switching hair stylist from the previous one I’ve had for 22-23yrs. Thank you all.
