I will be switching to fedex with the last couple of interactions at this post office. I run a small eBay store and frequently find myself coming to this post office to ship out orders. I usually use their Self Service Kiosk and I am in and out very quickly. Recently, the box that you would drop the parcels in has had a sign on it said “when open please bring parcels to the counter.” I am not sure why this is here but I believe that it’s because the workers here are too lazy to empty out one more bin at the end of the day. I have disregarded the letter multiple times to avoid the 20-30 minute line and now 2 of my packages have not been scanned or have gotten lost in the mail. This post office has let me down countless times and I will not be using them anymore.

Saturday. They were supposed to open at 9:30 left at 10:20 late for an appointment and the location was still not open. I couldn’t use another location because I had to pick up a package I need to sign for, and during the week it’s hard to come by because of work. Lack of professionalism. Called customer service and they indicated the location should have been open at 9:30, there had been no schedule change. As a government agency this is not acceptable. I hate that I will still have to come back to get that package.

The Colombian or Spanish-speaking lady thinks she owns the office, treats everyone badly and is rude. Madam, if you don't like your job, go to something you really like because that doesn't give you the right to treat others badly. others! You have no Rude education!!!

Best post office I’ve been to in a long time! I was at the post office near the hospital in Coral Springs and the line was horrendous. There was only one person working and I felt so bad that they were there by themselves and the long had 10 people in it and counting. Ended up leaving because I had to return my rental and then found this post office. Ms Adriana at the desk was helpful and really sweet. Thank you guys for having such fast service!

They never have enough coverage here because they're cheap and they also don't fulfill your insurance when they break your items. They're definitely scammers and you can't get outside help because they're backed by government.

The black woman who helped me today was never friendly and even when I told her about the envelope, for which she paid dearly, and said "delicate and don't bend" she still threw it rudely next to the mountain of letters and envelopes what I had behind. Very bad way of customer service. Cler#81 says so on my ticket, I don't know if that is his identification #. I don't understand why those people work with the public if they are so bitter.

The lady that was delivered my mail was super rude today I usually send some packages out with the regular lady don't what's wrong I don't see her delivered the mail anyways I used to give her my package with no prob but this one has I was handed her the package not only she grabs the package from my hand and telling me she doesn't have time for this, she doesn't have time to do a job that they paid her to do mind those packages was paid already she better Don't lose my item and have them broken because she was throwing them on the truck with an attitude.

I was here on a Saturday to mail a package, and opted to go to the counter instead of self-service. It was less than a two minute wait, and the postal employee who assisted me was efficient and friendly! I was given options on how I wanted the package sent and chose the Priority Mail option (that way I received a tracking number). My payment was taken electronically, and I was given the receipt (with tracking number on it) in less than 5 minutes. Overall, this is a great little location. It's small, but it gets the job done. There's ample parking, too! I'll definitely be back!
