This is probably the worst store in North Broward. Not only are they clueless on what they are doing they are also rude. They will also close the door 10 mins before it says they close to not let anyone in. Extra unprofessional. Go somewhere else

Every time I step into this store, a friendly face always greets ya. STANLEY gives the best customer service! He's friendly, thorough, communicates clearly, is calm, and quick. It's always such a smooth process even when the line is out the door. He's been there for over 20 years and that says a lot about his service to this community. Thank you Stanley!

Excellent service and friendly staff! Cheryl helped me print 2 posters at a very reasonable cost in a few minutes. This store is much better equipped than the one near my place where it takes 5 business to get a poster printed.

They close before closing hours.. wasted time driving there.. got there 5mins before closing time, and they were already closed.. I was dropping off a labeled package..

I regularly drop off mail, Amazon returns, and have used their printing services.
This is a great UPS store. Everything has been excellent.

I went to my this The UPS store to have a graduation card sign made. I was delighted at the exceptional service I received by Cheryl , the owner. She went above and beyond to provide creative ideas, samples and ensure a smooth process from design to delivery. Not only did she promise a quick turnaround but she also sent a proof before finalizing the printing resulting in a fantastic end product. I will definitely return for future printing needs! Thanks, Cheryl!

Owner or manager said that he won't service our business because our corporate letters for our corporate action on behalf of our client were returned. The addresses are coming from sunbiz and to follow corporate formalities we had to send them to registered agents on sunbiz.
Not only he screamed at the manager of the law firm and heavily became disrespectful with her, but also made corporate decision to not service our law firm for no justifiable reasons.
These are corporate letters and only 4 were returned. We re not speaking about boxes or any other items. We re speaking about 4 small letters. I have the impression that they do not service law firms.

We send letters out very often and because a few were returned, the owner Stan called our office to complain that “you people” constantly have returns and that he will no longer accept our packages. We have responded to each inquiry to simply toss the returned letter. We are shocked by his unprofessional, rude behavior toward a business that has brought him tons of business the past few years. Unfortunately we will not be using this location any longer.

Today the store was short-staffed. One person had to serve a long line of people while dealing with a customer with multiple packages. All the customers, including me, waited with no complaints. When it was my turn to return the package (that had a QR code), the representative just had to say you need have to your package fully packed (taped and all). I've gone to multiple UPS stores and no one else have ever told me that. Also, the couple with multiple packages had a package that wasn't fully closed, which he taped without saying one comment. If he had told them the same thing, I wouldn't have cared. Please treat all customers the same.

Not sure what happened to the management. Lately pushing the sale and add supplies to surprise you when printing the receipt. They should disclose upfront before starting adding and charging. Be aware and ask about detail charges before paying for the service
